Style is defined to be consistent behavioral manner a person frequently resorts to in approaching a situation.
Style of leadership is right if:
Is consistent with the goals of the group/organization
Is related to the personal stages of human development in the group
Meets the needs of the members

Command Style
Soliciting Style
Persuading Style
Consulting Style
Command Style
The manager always makes the decision and announces it for subordinates to implement.
Soliciting Style
The managers presents problems and then solicits suggestions and make decision afterwards.
Persuading Style
The manager makes the decision first and persuades subordinates to follow.
Consulting Style
The manager makes tentative decision and changes according to group views.
