ADULT LEARNING, THE CHALLENGE
OF THE LATER YEARSAt present, adult participation in lifelong learningthroughout the EU is at 12.5% for adults aged 25-64.The challenge is making adult learning systems moreattractive, increasing participation in lifelong learning bysetting successful approaches based on an andragogicalparadigm.

PERSONALIZATION AND SELF-DIRECTED

LEADLAB Projectaims to develop an integrated adultlearning model based on personalization and self-directed learning approaches: learning is no more afrustrating experience carried out in stereotyped and pre-packed courses, but a customized path built on thestudents learning styles, intelligences, attitudes and
biographies.

WHAT THE PROJECT WILL ACHIEVE
The innovative solution of LEADLAB proposal consists in:1. to adapt and transfer the already existing personalizationand self-directed learning approaches and strategies to
develop an integrated learning model;2. to create a new professional profile, the LPT - LearningPersonalization Trainer, a teacher/trainer with strategiccompetences to lead and scaffold adult learners.

WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM LEADLABPROJECT
The proposal offers new opportunities in term ofinnovation of approaches, methodologies and tools for:
