Since 2014, lingkaran has been spreading positive impacts on creative youth by guiding them to grow and develop. We managed to design non-formal learning experience focusing in personal development, creative skills, and entrepreneurship that could help them to respond the challenges of modern society.
After successfully creating community programs for more than a year, in 2015 we were approached by some big companies to developed a tailor-made program for them. And finally in this year, we ventured ourselves to establish lingkaran for business that aims to accommodate your certain needs, in designing contents, programs, and experiences to engage your team and also your community.

We were part of Samsung “Let’s Begin The Action” campaign in 2015. It was not only an online campaign, but also a business competition for creative youth to submit their creative idea and dare enough to turn it into a great action. Whoever submit the idea would got a chance to win an exclusive creative workshop with Wendy Pratama of Lingkaran, initial capital worth of IDR 10 million, and of course a chance to have their own Samsung GALAXY Tab A.

03 / Action PlanOn the third session, all the participants created their 3 months action plan using Galaxy Tab A
We collaborated with Samsung Indonesia to linked-in the competition micro site to lingkaran’s website – www.lingkaran.co/ideaction, and also to develop the final workshop for 5 finalists.
We devided the workshops into 3 topics; Business Model: How Does Your Business Create Value?, Value Proposition Design:
How to Create Products and Services that Customers Want?, and Action Plan: Building a Minimum Viable Product.
In this final workshop, we were also collaborated with Agatha Carolina, Founder of Monstore; Catherine Sumitri, Founder of Feastopia; and Keenan Pearce, Founder of Euphoria Project.

Collaborated with GoAheadPeople, we created a program journey for early stage startups and covered every problems that they usually faced. Starting from Company Profiling, Business Plan, Market Penetration, Branding, Marketing, Finance, to Human Capital, they were taught by experts from different sectors of industry.
This program was successfully impacted the future entrepreneurial journey of their brand as well as their peronal life.
With the background of a rapid growth of entrepreneurship in Bandung, yet 80% of busi-ness fail and crash within the first 18 month, A+ Startup Accelerator created as a program to enhance early stage Fashion and F&B business with an INTENSIVE 10- week program to help them facing future challenges. There were 20 selected participants from Jakarta and Bandung. They started the program with personality assessment, continued with onboarding training and program orientation on the first week. On the second week, DDI developed their personal values with “Ide@ Jump Start” as the main topic. Kinara helped all the participants through Customer Development and Financial Literacy as well as ADGI through
Design Thinking on the following weeks. On the fifth week, Kuka gived everyhting participants’ needed to know and learn about Marketing for The Millennials. And for the last learning week, again DDI discussed the basic values of “#Partnerwithme”. As a refresher, all participants were invited to visit 3M office. This program series was wrapped by pitching and demo day by all the participants who have been grown compared to their first day.
WAKE UP before you START UP is a crash-course to empower young talented Indonesian with leadership mentality and readiness as globally competitive entrepreneurs. It’s a program that initiated by Coworkinc and powered by BEKRAF (Badan Ekonomi Kreatif Indonesia) for designers and design enthusiasts in Jakarta and Bandung. All the selected participants received 21 coaching sessions from world-class mentors, such as: Daya Dimensi Indonesia (DDI), Kinara Indonesia, Asosiasi Desain Grafis Indonesia (ADGI), KuKa, and Lumina Learning.

Kilau Fest is Sunsilk yearly event that in 2016 held in Bandung, Jogjakarta, Surabaya, Medan, and Jakarta to inspire young women in achieving their dreams. In this event ingkaran teamed up with Sunsilk to take responsibility for the workshops, called Kilau Workshop. There are 4 topics covered in this event, which are Fashion Entrepreneurship with Diana Rikasari, Photography with Diera Bachir, Writing with Sitta Karina, and Content Creating with Puteri Modiyanti and Vendryana of Indovidgram. For each topic there were mini challenges that could grant the participants the opportunity to continue their learning experience through Kilau Kreasi.

Kilau Kreasi is the advance challenge for thewinners of Kilau Workshop. The winners from each city would then compete through the online challenge that specified based on the topic they joined in the Kilau Workshop in order to get the grand prize.
As the grand prize of Kilau Fest, Kilauborasi became the main attraction in this event because the winner of Kilau Kreasi will get a day with the mentor and they could collaborate to create their work based on their passion with the help of the mentor.

Kelas Kilau is an online learning series for Sunsilk women to develop themselves based on their skills and interest during their journey to pursue their dreams. There are 4 topics covered in this event, which are Fashion Entrepreneurship with Diana Rikasari, Acting & Vlogging with Laudya Cynthia Bella & Indah Nada, and Singing with Isyana Sarasvati. On each Kelas Kilau, there will be a challenge that the participants could join to win the prize.
For the prize, as we call it A Session with Mentor, the winner could get deeper knowledge from the modules they worked on. They will get the chance to spend the day with the mentor to learn and work for a project related to the module.

Sharina or Sharing Internal Kita consists of real insights and engaging perspective from inspiring profiles based on the theme of Passion, Career, Happiness at Work, and Digital Lifestyle. It is routinely held once in a month to give refreshing experience for the employee in the form of seminar with light session of mini workshop in each session.
To keep the participants willing to join each session of Sharina, we created My Sharina Journey that was used as their ‘loyalty card’ so they can keep track of their learning progress through the journey.
We were also arranging some seminar formats from classroom workshop to talkshow. Besides, to make the participants more engaged, we created ice breaking session as the media for the participants to have networking session not only with other

HappyWork is a customized internal social media for Telkomsel employees to facilitate vertical and horizontal communication and engagement. We help the Human Capital Management team to build a learning and positive culture, impactful activation, with fun and engaging communication and discussion; also to spread and resonate their beliefs, Happy Me, Happy Work, and Happy Family internally, all over Telkomsel branches around Indonesia. To accomodate those needs, we crafted 3 different personas: Happy Buddy for fun, entertainment, and culture-related contents; HR Admin for administrative contents; and Mr. Explorer for learning knowledge-related contents

NESCAFE Kickstart is a series of program for millennials, a generation who like to “start”, to fulfill their ambitions and reach their dreams by kickstarting their entrepreneurial journey. These program series started with roadshow for campuses in 4 areas and continued to online courses. Afteward all the candidates can submit their business proposal on the website fo a chance to win cash prizes and business mentoring. The big 20 finalists got an opportunity for online mentoring before they present in front of the judges and public. At the end, the first winner from all the areas will be facilitated with business bootcamp and product showcase at one of the renowned creative bazaars.
