In communication systems typically the signal are generated at baseband andthen up converted to the desired carrier frequency. At the receiver this processis reversed.

It is possible to reduce the bandwidth of a BPSK signal by filtering. If the

filtering is done properly the (absolute) bandwidth of the signal can be
