Leading a healthy, active life

There are many factors which help keep somebody healthy. Alongside a healthy diet, one of the major factors is exercise

It is recommended that an individual should complete a minimum of 30 minutes of aerobic (cardiovascular) exercise at least 5 times a week

Exercise does not have to be boring. There are hundreds of ways of participating in fun and exciting exercise which leads to social, mental and physical benefits
