Teaching aims: -to enable students to use the Past Tense Simple -to develop students reading abilities -to enable students to talk about past events using a proper tense

Learning aims: -the students will be able to expose coherently their opinions - the students will be able to talk about past events -the students will be able to use correctly the forms of the Past Simple

Exponents: Grammatical structures: Past Tense Simple

Anticipated problems: The students usually forget to add -ed at the end of the main verb or the auxiliary did in order to form the negative and interrogative forms.

Skills: Listening, Speaking, Writing, Reading.

Class room management: The room is comfortable with funny pictures on the walls.

Attitude: The teacher encourages the students to answer to her questions, keeping eye contact when necessary
