LET’S MAKE SOME ABSTRACT ART!

Abstract art is modern art which does not look real. An

artist may choose odd colors, shapes and lines to create

their artwork. These are examples of abstract art.

You will need the following supplies:A pencil, black crayon or black sharpie markerA sheet of white paperCrayons, colored pencils , paint or markers.Objects from around the house. I choose 6 items with interesting shape. I choose scissors, tape, bottles etc.

Trace the objects onto your paper.Overlap the objects. Overlap is the placement of objects over one another. Have some of your objects go off the paper.Outline with a blackcrayon or sharpie if you have one.

Color in all the shapes with color. You may use crayons, colored pencils, paint, or markers. Enjoy your piece of abstract art!
