Friday the 13th As you know the horror movie Friday the 13th, this date does not bring anything good. I convinced myself of it when I went with my FRIENDS for a bike trip on SUMMER HOLIDAYS.

It started in the morning, when I went to make a drink in the kitchen. I tripped and the glass slipped from my hand and broke.

After breakfast I WENT to the garage for the bike. On the way through the GARDEN, I saw a swarm of BEES FLYing around a TREE. I was glad I quickly ran into the garage. And it was worse when I noticed that I had a deflated tyre on my bike. Luckily, Uncle Mike was at home and

repaired the bike, so hopefully I will have no accident.

I arrived LATE on the place of appointment. Anna and Jack were already waiting for me. Because of the HOT summer SEASON, we could not resist the DELICIOUS COLORED ICE CREAM. Then we went to the newly opened information center, where I

bought a postcard of the SUN and a GREEN meadow.

When we wanted to go for a trip, I wondered if I would PREFER to STAY at home when it was such an unlucky day. In the end I was glad I went, we PLAYED interesting games on the way and we had a nice VIEW over Prague.

When I came home I was glad that this unlucky day ended.

SCOTT, THE ZOMBIE

Once upon a time, there lived a bad zombie called Scott. He was very upset

because he didn’t have any friends.

One day, he found an application on his computer: Facebook. After some time, he

made an account using his email address and realized it was a good application.

Here he could make friends and he did. They played computer games together,

they could talk using the microphone, he could send any information he needed

and they could study together as well.

The next day at school, Scott was surrounded by pupils. They had befriended him

on Facebook. Back home, after finishing his homework, he got online on the

internet and on Facebook again.

Scott saw a message from a boy named Zack. He answered and they became best

friends. Scott was not lonely anymore, and that made him enjoy life more. The

two boys chose to play a free game with various missions. The game was difficult,

but Scott eventually managed to win.

Since then the two were always next to each other and played together.

WHISPERS IN THE DARK

Last month I met Sam, an old friend, at the church. It was a cold morning, with

low temperatures, so I wore my coat.

Our relationship began 10 years ago when I went on a trip to Miami. WE met

there and we became friends. Then he invited me to his place, a big house in

Canada, which had a lake nearby.

I stayed at Sam’s for about a week, but it was an exciting experience.

In my room there was a poster on the wall, a poster of the Milky Way galaxy. One

night, I had a dream. The room was silent, but suddenly I heard whispers in the

dark. I completely froze! It was a dragon, who had kidnapped me and taken me to

an island full of cannibals. They attacked me and wanted to kill me and eat me.

I fought the cannibals and apparently God loves me, because I managed to run

away. I was successful.

When I woke up, I couldn’t hear the whispers anymore but I realized that I had

overslept. I told Sam about my dream and the whispers. He laughed and said that

I was crazy, because there were no ghosts in his house…But he never said

anything about dragons…so…

Sam is a smart and cool friend, but does he really not know about the dragon

upstairs or are they buddies?

Dream

There is a doctor.

One day, he goes to the library to read a book about chemist’s.

After two hours, he is tired and goes home and sleeps the whole night.

He has a dream about a bored cat and a curious mouse.

The cat drinks milk and watches the

mouse.

The mouse is thirsty and wants to drink

the milk too.

The mouse runs to the cat and then the

cat starts to hunt the mouse.

The mouse escapes into the armchair in

her nest.

Finally the doctor saves the mouse from

the cat and gives her something to drink.

The mouse promises him not to chew his

armchairs in the living room and offers him

friendship. He wants to ask her about her

name, but then wakes up.

He swallows one aspirin because he feels bad.

He goes to the restaurant and eats chips and drinks beer.

He looks at the window and sees the happy mouse again.

He can’t believe that.

New friend

Angelika worked in florist’s. She wanted to

hammer down a painting. But she didn’t

have a hammer. She went on motorway to

the close town. Because she was alone at

home, she had to drive her car. She bought

the hammer. She went to a bakery to buy

soft and cheap rolls.

Somebody skewered tires on

her car with a pin. Angelika

cried. She requested an

elephant to escort her home.

But the elephant teased her.

She requested a tiny unicorn with beautiful golden hooves to escort her home.

The unicorn followed her. The unicorn was useful for her. At home she gave a

pullover to the unicorn. She was accurate to comb him with a comb. She drank

wine from a wine-glass with a new friend The Unicorn.

A trip to the forest

Pupils go to the forest and there they learn about flowers and

trees. Boys and girls find a beautiful small tree. They learn

about environmental problems. The forest is a mess. There is

iron, paper and plastic. Children swear and promise that they

will clean up the forest.

Then they go back to the class. They close the door because

the music from another classroom is very loud and they don’t

want to listen to it. They make a book where they draw

flowers and big trees. It is very difficult but interesting.

A crazy story

Look at this poster. It shows a faraway galaxy with many planets.

A cannibal lives on one of them and an alien on another. The cannibal and the alien

have no relationship except that they are both in love with the same princess. She is

really beautiful and smart but she is a prisoner in a castle near a dark lake. A dragon

guards her day and night. He is very successful in doing so.

One day the cannibal challenges the alien to a duel. The winner will free and marry

the princess. The alien accepts the challenge. They want to be ready for the duel, so

they go to a church near the lake and fall asleep. But before they attack each other,

they oversleep and don’t see a meteorite approaching.

The meteorite falls in the lake and a tsunami floods the church and kills the cannibal

and the alien. The dragon takes the scared princess on his wings and they fly away.

He tells her that he loves her but she says she doesn’ t love him.

The dragon gets mad and opens his mouth. Ice comes out instead of fire and the

temperature of the galaxy drops. The galaxy freezes! The princess is very cold! She

has no coat! The dragon brings her one. She is excited! She gives him a kiss and he

turns into a prince!

The ice melts. The princess and the prince get married and live happily ever after.

And isn’ t this a crazy story?

It isn't a famous tale about Santa Claus,

but it's a real day from his life.

At the beginning of the day he puts on a

false beard and black boots. At this time

his wife puts on her red earrings and

puts make-up. She does ponytails too.

At a quarter past ten they get prepares for a trip to

their relatives. Mrs. Claus gets ready after five hours. To

hours later Santa Claus checks if everything OK, because

he is worried and he wants to save time.

After Santa's reindeer make sure that the house is

empty they arrange a party. They invite elves. The party

lasts until morning. When Santa with his wife return to

their house they see the reindeer in strange positions.

Selfish is stuck in the chimney, Curious is under the

table. Cuddly is sleeping on the floor with a hoof

touching his head.

The elves were in strange places as well. Shy was in the

oven with a note pinned on his head. It was written :

"You are doing wrong in this game. Game Over." Similar

who was hardworking and quiet before, was lying in

the bathtub. The moment Santa's wife saw him she

said: "I think that you should change their nicknames to

"muddlers". The whole house was in balloons and

serpentine! "

After a certain time their dog Relationships licked one

of the elves on the face. The dog

thought that it made a good job,

but the elf didn’t like it. When he

woke up he exclaimed that he

finished his pleasant activity and

suddenly, he saw Santa Claus...

A party and a new galaxy

Hi, my name is Carrot!

My birthday was last week and weird things happened. My friend Grapes the

Basket came too! It was a lot of fun. We threw huge cakes at each other, like

we watched it on TV. Grapes was very thirsty so he drank orange juice. After

that a sad and long gate appeared in front of us!

The gate was dirty and hungry because a green kite pooped on it. We fed it

with sweets that we had in our boots and gloves. While we were washing the

gate, it was friendlier. When we washed the gate it ate us! We got into a new

galaxy. We found a new planet called Fruity-Froo. We went there and built a

new house and went to sleep. I got up and I thought: „Why does my belly

hurt?“ and I realised that I was pregnant! After nine months we had little

Papaya with Grapes and we lived happily ever after.

It is summer and it is hot.

Mary and her friends, Danae and Ronald, are

on holiday. The children prefer this season

because of the sun.

At the moment, the three children are in a

green garden. They can go to this garden

and stay there for as long as they like. They

can be late for dinner sometimes.

There are bees that fly in the garden.

There are little birds singing in the trees,

too. The view of the garden is great.

Now the children are playing with a red-

coloured ball. They are eating delicious ice

creams. How happy they are!

Once upon a time in a far, far land two bees met near a huge green tree. They talked about the

weather. Suddenly the tree joined in their conversation. At the beginning friends were surprised

that the tree speaks. Then at the tree told them about its magical power. Suddenly the bees began

flying around the magical tree and the tree explained them, what powers it can use. The bees asked

him to use its magic. It answered that it’s impossible. The magic can work for one person only.

Next day it was the first day of summer holidays. The summer was beautiful this year so the bees

went to meet the magical tree again the tree warmly welcomed them. The bees told it that they

were going to buy some ice creams and come back very soon. The tree said, that it preferred the

bees weren’t late back.

Friends began to talk.

-Yummy! These ice creams are delicious. – began Vanessa

-Yes, really I agree with you, but … -

-What but ? – asked, the first bee surprised.

-We are late! We have to go! –Cried Vanessa

-I totally forgot about it/ Let’s go ! –Rushed the second bee.

Kelly and Vanessa came too late, but the tree forgave them. Then the friends flew to the nearby

garden. They played hide and seek among colourful flowers. The day was so hot. The sun was

shining strongly. The green tree didn’t look good. The bees promised that they will stay with the

tree forever and help it in all seasons.
