o Estimated population of Pueblo de Panay for the year 2040 including the residential, commercial along with its employees, clients and users, institutional (schools) and other establishments that would occupy the preceding location.

o Lot or site plan for the proposed project in Pueblo de Panay adjacent to a river for the outflow of the treated sewage from the plant.
