Letter of appreciation

This is to certify that Miss Pratiiksha Shrestha, daughter of Mr. Bishwa Bhakta Shrestha, residence of Dang Ghorahi Nepal worked as Quality Assurance (QA)/ Quality Control (QC) Officer in this organization from 2069-12-7 to (present date).

Ms. Shrestha is a quick learner and dedicate personnel. Particularly we3 appreciate her skill, knowledge and innovative ideas in field of quality control and quality Assurance in this Noodle Industry.

Her job includes following tasks, while she was here.

1. Quality control of raw material; wheat flour, palm oil, spices, flavors and allied chemicals , corrugated boxes, wrappers etc. with supportive lab test reports.

2. Quality control of daily product (varieties of noodles) and routine lab tests of Noodle cake, frying oil and other intermediate products and process.

3. Process control: inspection and monitoring the process and finding possible corrective and preventive action for deviation if any.

4. Interpret the data by SQC tools and proper documentation of lab test reports and prepare monthly summary report.

I know nothing against her. I wish her all success in future endeavor.
