Guevarra St., Little Baguio , San Juan City intends to prequalify and to bid for the DESIGN AND BUILD FOR THE RETROFITTING OF THE NCPC BUILDING COMPLEX FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS INTEGRATED ANALYTICAL SERVICES LABORATORY (UPLB-IASL). We humbly inform you that we’ve already attended the previous pre-bid conference of the same project last January 16, 2013, 3:30 in the afternoon.
