I  am  delighted  to  provide  a  written  reference  for  Talisha  Haakma  who  worked  as  Graphic  Designer  for  Les  Mills  International  from  August  2009  until  April  2010.    

Talisha  came  highly  recommended  to  us  with  previous  agency  experience  with  Saatchi  and  Colenso.  She  impressed  in  interview  as  well  as  in  the  Graphic  Design  Challenge  we  did  as  part  if  the  interview  process.  

She  positively  impacted  our  business  in  the  time  she  was  with  us  and  only  left  LMI  when  her  work/life  balance  became  too  challenging  with  her  partner  living  in  another  city,  requiring  her  to  commute  distances  that  weren't  sustainable.  We  were  sad  to  lose  her  and  highly  valued  her  contribution.    

In  her  time  at  Les  Mills  International  Talisha  reported  into  the  marketing  department  and  performed  

very  well  in  quarterly  reviews.  Talisha  was  with  us  during  a  busy  period  of  growth  and  delivered  well  in  a  highly  dynamic  environment  with  a  lot  of  pressure  on  deliverables.  

I  was  also  fortunate  to  work  directly  with  Talisha  on  a  few  key  projects  in  my  department  including:    

• Branding  our  new  4  story  work  premises    • Designing  our  40  page  interactive  Annual  Plan  Company  Workbook  and  stationary  refresh  

• Designing  our  internal  people  branding  that  was  used  across  our  touchpoints  –  this  was  so  good  it  was  adopted  on  external  marketing  work  as  well        

Talisha  always  delivered  to  brief,  time  and  budget.  She  always  delighted  with  her  work  and  was  quick  and  pragmatic  as  well  as  showing  creative  nouse  throughout  the  process.Talisha  was  a  wonderful  

cultural  fit  in  our  office:  cool,  energetic,  keen  to  dance  with  the  tribe  and  always  hard  working.  We  are  an  entrepreneurial  company  in  a  hurry  to  make  big  change  in  the  world  and  wanting  to  do  it  in  a  world  

class  way.  Talisha  met  this  blend  admirably.  I  have  no  hesitation  in  recommending  Talisha  for  a  similar  role  elsewhere  and  welcome  any  further  questions.
