LG 226 TV SIGNAL GENERATOR

The LG 226 TV Signal Generator provides the capabil-ity to modulate an analog TV signal in VSB-AM ormatapplicable to the PAL, NTSC, and SECAM broadcast-ing systems.The TV signals o VHF, UHF, and CATV channels canbe generated by applying the external compositevideo signal and audio signal.The ull-feld color bars and line sweep signals, and 1kHz/400 Hz audio signals can also be generated.This instrument can also be used as an analog TVsignal modulator o the LT 450 Video Signal Genera-tor since this instrument provides the LT 450 controlcapability.

UsageSuitable to check the video and sound o analog TV.

RF output frequency The RF requency can be set rom 30 MHz to 950MHz in 50 kHz steps.The channel table is provided to set the RF signal inchannel instead o the requency.

Output attenuatorHighly reliable electronic attenuator is used.

Video modulationThe VSB (Vestigial Sideband) modulation is used toeliminate the inter erence to o adjacent channels.

Sound modulation Applicable to both FM modulation and AM modula-tion (L method).

Preset functionUp to 100 ront panel settings can be stored and re-called.

Remote control functionThe preset conditions stored in the preset memorycan be selected by speci ying the address in INC,DEC, and RESET operation via the REMOTE controlconnector.

GPIB function All ront panel keys except the POWER switch can

be remotely controlled since the GPIB inter ace (con-orming to IEEE488.1) is provided as standard.
