Anshan The Third Steel Rolling Co., Ltd. is located at the foot of Qian Mountain, in

the Famous Steel City named Anshan. Our company totally covers the area of

200,000 square meters (120,000 square meters for construction) as a local key private

enterprise with annual sales of Two Billion (CNY)

Currently，there are four rolling production lines including :ф850, ф650, ф450,

ф 350, Four Straightening devices of ф 1000, ф 800, ф 550, ф 420, roller

machines of CA84160, CA84125, CA84100, CA8480, and almost 1000 other

professional equipments, advanced physics laboratory and chemical analysis

Laboratory in the steel mill. We have 50 engineers and senior engineers, and 175

technicians. Meanwhile, we have established cooperation relationship with several

key universities for infusing fresh talents to meet fast development.

With strong technical force and rich human resources, we are able to manufacture

high performance products and offer the best service. Our annual production capacity

is 600,000 tons and the product line mainly covers more than 10 profiled steel series

and nearly 100 specifications, including light rail, heavy rail, crane rail, I-beam steel,

channel steel, angle bar, flat bar, channel-section steel, U-shaped steel, sections steel

for ship construction. Those products are widely applied to several important projects

at home and abroad, such as railway construction, shipbuilding industry, bridge

construction, tower, coal mine, and engineering machines and suspending machines.

Anshan Zizhu Sci. & Tech.Profile Steel Co., Ltd was established in 2009, and Six

hundred million (CNY) was invested by Liaoning Zizhu Group to construct it as a

production base of special section steel. The company covers the area of 1,000,000

square meters.

There are advanced universal rolling mill, straightening devices, roller lathes, as well

as 1000 auxiliary manufacturing equipments. We adopt automatic control system for

all of the production lines. Lots of competent personnel including 30 engineers and

senior engineers, 80 technicians and 300 professional talents are working in our

company, who laid a solid foundation for constructing a world leading production

base of special section steel.

Annual production capacity of Anshan Zizhu Sci. & Tech.Profile Steel Co., Ltd is

approximately 1.2 Million Tons, and the product line mainly covers more than 10

profiled steel series and nearly 100 specifications, including heavy rail, crane rail,

grooved rail, L-shaped steel, T-shaped steel, steel sheet piling, flat bulb steel and

angle of unequal legs & thickness. Those products are widely applied to key projects

at domestic and overseas, such as crane engineering, railway construction,

shipbuilding industry, bridge construction, tower, coal mine. Besides, we have

Anshan Zizhu Material is import and export division of Liaoning Zizhu group, In

recent years, the company emphasizes in establishing bonds with the global market,

and has exported its products to more than 50 countries, such as USA, Canada,

Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, India, Turkey, England, Germany,

SouthAfrica, Sudan, Australia, and New Zealand, etc. In order to satisfy every foreign

market requests, we have already developed AREMA standard rail, JIS standard rail,

indian standard rail, British standard rail, European standard rail, African standard rail

and Australian standard rail, etc. In terms of domestic market, Liaoning Zizhu Group

Anshan The Third Steel Rolling Co., Ltd

The current heavy mill at the Sanzha factory is

possible to roll steel rails from 43 to 130kg/m in

finished products up to 25 meters long with very

strict and uniform tolerances that satisfy

international standards and technical

specifications. These facilities guarantess

maximum production flexibility and the

satisfaction of the highest customer quality standards. Rails heavier than 70kg/m are

rolled from a square 380mm bloom in order to ensure the sufficient compression ratio.

The automatic monitoring system during the rolling process allows the constant

measuring the profile dimension.

The straightening line has two straightening

units positioned after the cooling bed. The

straightening pressures are applied onto the

relevant axis at the rail height for vertical

straightening and onto the head sides for

horizontal straightening.
