In 1982 a researcher in the high frequency has founded the Condor company to develop components of micro engineering. After 10 years Condor has begun the analysis on the precision optics and astronomic observation systems. After the collaboration with some leader brands in the optic sector the night vision division has created the most greater interest. In 1995 the union with Dedal-NV has realized the ideal group for the development of this technology with new solutions and models. Due to the following expansion of high-tech science-intensive technologies, Dedal-NV and Condor has been supplying night vision products to the commercial and law enforcement markets. Today the two companies are able to supply law-enforcement bodies of different countries and meet the requirements of hunters, sportsmen, tourists and sailors.Condor assembles in the laboratory in Italy all the most evolved devices with extremely rigorous procedures to guarantee the total precision and reliability. Today the companies specializes in developing and production of highly competitive professional devices basing on the most modern image intensifi er tubes Gen II+ and Gen III.Exporting more than 50% of its production, Condor supplies reliable after-sale service of all the products. The customers can always get technical support from our team of highly trained product specialists or apply to one of our service center.

History of a strong alliance

Among the key factors that make the our devices competitive are: • original scientifi c approach to development and production of the elements of extremely high-aperture night optics; • wide range of new hi-tech materials provides small weight and impact resistance; • use our original electronic schemes to assure the best possibilities for devices; • the design of devices and their parts satisfy international military standards; • a very strict original test of our products for better quality assurance carried out by our quality control department.Condor proposes a selection of many different Dedal optic systems: • night vision devices; • night vision rifl escopes; • day/night systems; • Intensifi ed Camera Unit for under-cover video recording at night. All day and night scopes can be mounted on different types of arms and have no limits in use of large calibers up to .338 Lapua Magnum. Here at Condor, we strive to realize modern and innovative precision optics that will make it possible to meet any requirements of our customers.

Night Sight AccessoriesTo increase the visual range of your night vision is necessary to add an additional infrared illuminator. These lights are provided with a hooking easily adaptable to any

of the support so that even an old night vision device of poor quality returns to be efficient.

The duplicator is assembled by screwing the front lens. The use of duplicator reduces the brightness of the image but allows you to see small details of targets placed in the middle distance (40 - 50 meters). Only the model CD-180HR 64 is compatible with this accessory.

All Night Sight devices are offered without lower mount for fixing on the weapon. You can choose Dedal mounts (see examples at right), or MAK mounts products in Germany. These MAK solutions with quick release precision resolve any possible difficulties. To select the specific model to your weapon you should review the MAK general catalogue proposed by Condor.

Technicalspecifications

Comparison with known day / night devices with interchangeable eyepieces:1) Competitive models use optical schemes with the F-number/2.0 (eg DN-510) or 3.0 (and more). This is insuffi cient for night vision observation overtlong distances.2) The night eyepiece module cannot be use as an indipendent device for hand-held obsevation.3) Changeable eyepieces are not waterproof and not dustproof. If water or dust get inside they will degrade the clarity of observation. They could als cause premature failure of the device. The DN-530 does not have these disadvantages. It maximizes the advantages of day/night rifl e scopes with an interchangeable eyepiece. The optical scheme with the F-numer/1.5 maximizes the night channel. The night eyepiece module (the device D-330 monocular) can be used as independent hand-held night vision device with an optional night vision photo/video capability.
