– An in-house brochure or mailing piece promoting the listed company.– Use in portfolios, office displays, power point presentations, annual reports and trade show prints. – Submittal to design competitions and public relations releases. – Submittal to editors and publishers for review.– Use on a web site maintained by the listed party, under their URL, on the condition that there is a credit

line: “© Ken Graham Photography .com.” A link back to www.kengrahamphotography.com is appreciated. – Images, in digital form, may be stored and desktop printed for in-house project sheets, proposals and other

short-run projects. Please Note:

1. CDs, DVDs and prints, should be purchased from Ken Graham Photography. 2. Any use by parties other than those listed (third parties), must be licensed separately by Ken Graham Photography.This includes other contractors. 3. All retail advertising usage must be licensed separately by Ken Graham Photography. 4. All other rights are reserved by Ken Graham Photography. 5. A credit line: “© Ken Graham Photography .com” is appreciated for all usages. 6. Ken Graham Photography would like at least two samples of printed photo usage whenever possible (flyers, brochures, editorial). 7. If the cost of the assignment is to be shared by multiple parties, Ken Graham Photography must be informed, prior to the assignment, to arrange for appropriate multi-client license.
