Full and Part-Time positions available in the areas of Bakersfield, Delano, Shafter, Porterville and Wasco. Our LVN’s provide skilled nursing care to patients in their home under the supervision of a registered nurse.

• One year of professional nursing experience preferred, will accept new LVN graduates

• Must have graduated from an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program

• Have a valid state license as an LPN or LVN and a current CPR certificate.

PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Must pass a background / reference check and a Maxim screening examination

with a score of 80% or greater
