Wow, that went fast! It seems like yesterday that we were

getting ready for the festive season break and suddenly we are back again firing away on all eight cylinders flying off the mark at the start of a new season of Life & Style.

Although it has only just begun, 2015 is already shaping up to be an interesting year. For starters in the 1989 sci-fi comedy “Back to the Future Part II,” characters Marty McFly, Doc Brown and Jennifer use the famous converted DeLorean time machine to travel from the year 1985 into the future. The date? 2015!

The film’s version of the future is complete with technology that has sadly yet to be invented, including flying cars, self-tying shoes and — despite a 2014 hoax that tried to prove otherwise — hoverboards.

But other “Back to the Future” wonders have materialised into our present reality including flat screen televisions that have existed for a few years, hands-free video games that

are currently on the market and video conferencing that can be utilised through services such as Skype, Google Hangouts and Apple’s Facetime.

2015 will also be the year that the planet Pluto reveals its secrets to us, 85 years after it was first discovered in 1930.

On July 14, 2015, at 7:49 a.m. EDT NASA’s New Horizons probe will make its closest approach to Pluto. Nine years after its launch and three billion miles from Earth, New Horizons will be the first spacecraft to get close-up photos of the dwarf planet.

Scientists know next to nothing about Pluto. The only images of Pluto to date are from the Hubble Telescope, which show nothing more than a blurry dot. New Horizons will not only photograph Pluto and its moons, it will gather information on its geology and atmosphere before sailing on to study objects from the early solar system in the Kuiper Belt.

And, on the subject of celestial bodies, all things

being equal, 2015 will be the year that Queen Elizabeth becomes Britain’s longest reigning monarch. On Sept. 9, 2015, the queen regnant’s reign will overtake Queen Victoria’s record of 63 years and 217 days on the throne.

I presume this will prompt a

celebration of epic scale to celebrate the occasion. This

augurs well for some fabulous television

entertainment that we will no doubt become available to us at the foot of the Dark Continent too, making up somewhat for the dreadful fare that the SABC continues to produce and insists we pay for through our television license fees.

And 2015 marks the beginning of a new age in local radio programming in the Republic of Life & Style as we roll out the all new Radio Life & Style – Ballito’s first commercial radio station playing you the best adult contemporary

and solid gold music from across the globe interspersed with local info, insight and news that you can really use. Radio Life & Style has already become a firm favourite here and has attracted an audience across the world as people who love Ballito tune in online for a little North Coast magic.

Broadcasting live from our custom-designed studio in the Lifestyle Centre at the heart of Ballito, If you haven’t discovered us yet, we have a real treat in store for you on air, on line and even on your mobile. If you are out of range of our radio signal on 88.0FM, you can find us online on www.lifeandstyle.fm wherever you are or wherever you go.

So now we can keep you up to date with the latest happenings as they unfold here while you ride the soundtrack to our endless summer on Radio Life & Style 88.0FM.

I think the 2015 is going to be our best year yet!

PReStIge BABy & KIdz AcAdeMy is a group of exclusive Baby care centres and Pre-Schools that offer

the best in facilities, care and extended services.

The school was founded by Judy Nieuwenhuizen who opened the first branch in Johannesburg in 2010. It has since grown in leaps and bounds and is

in huge demand by parents.

Prestige schools focus on a holistic positive approach and in developing each child as a whole and as an individual including socially, academically, spiritually, physically and emotionally.

Our motto is "Learning through Play" and our branches are kitted out with a

wide variety of exciting educational toys and equipment to make learning fun and exciting without pressure and at the child's pace.

All our schools have learning boards and whiteboards so as to get our children involved with the learning process from a young age making it as fun and interactive as possible. We also follow our weekly

Prestige Life Skills themes which teaches motivation, goal setting, time management, anger management, friendship skills etc. all important for when they move over to BIG school.

Prestige schools follow a set

CAPS curriculum that starts from the age of two up to Grade R in some

branches. Some of our schools are feeder schools to top private primary schools in their areas.

Our Baby class follows a simplified version that is age appropriate and encourages them to develop and grow in a fun safe and stimulating environment. Our main focus is on developing vocabulary and communication skills as well as on gross and fine motor skills. Our babies also receive Baby Massage and Baby Gym to assist in their development.

Prestige schools are franchising and we now have three branches in Gauteng and two branches in KZN in Ballito and Palm Lakes Estate on the North Coast. Two more branches in Umhlanga and South Coast are scheduled to open by the end of 2015.

For more information or to find the closest branch in your area contact [email protected]

HIS slick black hair and boyish looks sent female fans around the world into a frenzy.

So as music lovers around the world celebrated what would have been Elvis

Presley's 80th birthday this week - an image was released showing what he may have looked like now.

Photo specialists Phojoe.com created an age progression photo of the King of Rock and Roll - with greying hair and wrinkles.

The company is regularly used by local law enforcement, media, and occasionally the FBI to put together images of how suspects or people of interest may look years down the line.

They studied about 50 photos of Elvis and used them as reference to come up with the image predicting how the rock and roll icon would look now.

Presley was born in poverty in Tupelo, Mississippi on January 8, 1935, and as a teen moved to Memphis with his parents and absorbed the mixture of blues, rhythm and blues, and African-American gospel from which rock music emerged.

He moved to Memphis with his parents at age 13. He died on August 16, 1977 in Memphis at the age of 42.

Several hundred fans braved freezing cold last Thursday to join Elvis Presley's family in Memphis, Tennessee on what would have been the King of Rock 'n' Roll's 80th birthday.

WELL-ESTABLISHED law firm Kruger Attorneys have

just expanded by opening a branch on the North Coast.

Owner and CEO Michelle Kruger, who will be heading up the new branch herself, has 15 years of practising experience in the legal sector in KwaZulu-Natal.

She will be specialising in divorce law and divorce mediation, contract law and commercial litigation.

“I believe we can add value to the area in offering specialised legal services,

there certainly is a need for this in the area,” said Kruger.

Kruger studied at the University of Bloemfontein and finished her B.Proc degree through Unisa after she got married.

She has opened three firms in total, with her Richards Bay branch flourishing after a prosperous 13 years in business. Kruger Attorneys also have clients nationally.

Kruger only has senior, experienced staff in her employ, as she believes in using the best, qualified people.

Kruger worked at the SABC in Johannesburg and for an

international trade and investment company, but the law is her passion.

“I have an absolute passion for the law. It is my true calling and I can’t imagine doing anything else. I enjoy helping people in seeing that justice is served and to help them move on from difficult circumstances in their lives,” said Kruger.

Her offices are situated at her home in Sheffield, guaranteeing privacy to clients.

life and Style Fm HAS juST WeLCOMeD neWS GIRL ShAN-NON hOPKINS TO THe TeAM.

ShAnnon will be in and around town picking up the latest news snippets, and tapping into what’s hot and current on the north coast.

Having grown up on the Dolphin Coast and been in the writing game locally full and part time since 2007, Shannon knows the area and its people well. She has worked at a number of local print,

online and magazine titles, and sees radio as a fresh way of keeping in contact with the community. “I have never worked for radio before, and am really excited to take up the challenge. I think it will be a great medium of keeping the public informed about breaking news as well as about the incredible people in our area,” she said. Her passions are writing in all forms, but especially people profiles, nostalgia or historical pieces and environmental issues. “I believe we are inspired by hearing other peoples’ stories, and I feel it is my life’s purpose to tell these stories,” she said. Shannon studied fine art and English at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in Pietermaritzburg, graduating in 2006. During this time she spent a year in Japan as an exchange student, studying the country’s arts and literature, as well as the language. She also taught English there and travelled through Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia. However Shannon says she will always call the North Coast home.“I travelled quite a bit when I was younger – globally and in South Africa – but somehow I have always returned to the beautiful North Coast. We have it all here – the beach, the open space, a burgeoning economy and an airport - it really is just home to me,” she said.

Need to get information out there. Contact Shannon on 083 305 4813 or [email protected].

FoR the past ten years Life & Style has been a leading lifestyle

media brand on the Kzn north coast from Ballito to Umhlanga and beyond.

Our fortnightly lifestyle magazines together with our quarterly A5 glossy advertisers, set the benchmark for what’s hot and happening in the region. This is Blue Sky media at its best with a focus on strong content covering fun, fashion,

motoring, health, finance, sport, property, trends and events in the region.

With an audited regular readership of on excess of 100 000 upper LSM readers (Media Marketing Services) we talk directly to the hearts and minds of those who enjoy the good things in life and can afford them.

Now, Life & Style has taken to the airwaves with the launch of Ballito’s first commercial radio station – Radio Life & Style 88.0FM. This is a

low power commercial FM radio station broadcasting from a custom-designed studio in the heart of the Ballito Lifestyle centre, the busiest shopping destination in Ballito. The FM signal is limited to our region but the radio station is also carried digitally across all mobile platforms, computers, decoders and devices capable of audio streaming, taking the voice of Ballito to the world.

DotIng pet owners will soon

be able to get a dog's eye view of the world following the launch of a new 'smart collar' for animals.

The Scout5000 - effectively a smartphone for dogs - can monitor a dog's health, track their location and even allows owners to speak to their dogs remotely.

The device can also stream videos showing what the dogs are up to, using a state-of-the-art built-in camera.

The new gadget, created by Motorola and video streaming developer Hubble, uses 3G to send alerts to the owner's smartphone, while they are away from their pets.

The downside is that the dog will need a data package for the collar to work, although it does come with ones year's 3G service as part of the R2000 price tag.

The collar - which the creators say is splash, chew and paw-proof - can also connect to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

The company unveiled the device this week at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

The camera built into the collar shoots in 720p HD, while there is

also a loudspeaker and microphone installation to ensure the dogs can hear their owners' instructions.

The device also includes GPS, meaning the canines can be tracked should they ever decide to

embark on a Homeward Bound-style adventure.

The firm is not new to the pet arena, with a motion sensitive webcam that enables owners to set up and remotely control the camera and track their pets when away from home.

It works by recording when it senses motion, meaning owners never

miss any activity while they are at work or away.

Action camera firm GoPro also make a dog harness to which you can attach their HD video cameras.

Motorola says tech-savvy pet owners will be able to get their hands on the Scout5000 from June, when it goes on sale.

A scaled-down model, the Scout 2500, which is suitable for smaller pets and does not include a camera, will be introduced at the same time.

DeSPIte limited funds, an innate

love for animals drives Seema duwarkah to rescue and home mistreated puppies on the north coast.

Seema currently has about 18 young dogs seeking homes. The animals have been abandoned, mistreated or found living in the bush.

She says she would rather rescue the puppies – and sometimes kittens - herself to give them a real shot at life. She is not a registered entity, but does what she can in her personal capacity.

“There are so many dogs that can be loving pets, rather than being put down, if one just takes the time to help them,” Seema said.

She has also recently teamed up with the Quarter Centre in Ballito to host an adoption day, planned for 14 February 2015 – the perfect Valentine’s gift.

Seema lives with her brother’s family in Glenhills, Stanger, but does dog grooming and pet sitting in Ballito and surrounds. She set off on her animal-orientated journey as a volunteer at the Dolphin Coast SPCA, and went on to work at Ballito Grooming parlour. She then became an assistant at Dr Kurt Landsburg’s veterinary practice in Salt Rock, where she thrived. When Landsburg moved his practice to Umhlanga, Seema soon decided to start pet grooming and sitting on her own. She is still in constant contact with Landsburg, as most of her rescue animals go to him for care.

“I could not do this without Dr Landsburg. He gives me very reasonable rates for my rescue babies,” said Seema.

Seema began rescuing dogs when she noticed her neighbours in Glenhills did not look after their pets. They were starving and started feeding them brown bread.

“I didn’t have a lot of money, but

the dogs really appreciated the bread. I wanted to do more. The owners were aggressive when I approached them, but backed down when I offered to pay,” she said.

Seema managed to get many of the dogs sterilised, but stopped getting too involved when people started to take advantage.

“Some people don’t feel the same way about animals as I do and they do get neglected. I still just do what I can,”

said Seema. From there people

started to call her when they found abandoned dogs, and now she is now flooded with rescues.

Seema said for a long time she has struggled to accept help from the community, but now realises she can save more animals with more hands to help.

“I feel bad accepting money from the community as I was the one who took on the rescue operations. But my friends helped me to realise that people actually enjoy getting involved and feel good

for supporting a worthy cause,” she said.

Seema has a handful of foster homes across the coast that help look after puppies while they are looking for “forever” homes, but she really needs more help.

“We have so many dogs at the moment, and the more people can help, the more we can

save. I could not do this without all the wonderful people who help me with the pups,” she said.

She also works with animal organisations like PACT and Puppy SOS KZN.

If you can help in any way, contact Seema on 0733522836 or [email protected].

“Wealth Strategies for successful living”

w w w . q u a e s t o r w e a l t h . c o . z a

Life has enough complexities and uncertainties as it is – your financial well-being shouldn’t be one of them.

As a professional financial planning and wealth management practice, our focus is to translate

investment complexities into simple, effective solutions that not only provide clarity for today but certainty for tomorrow.

SHAun LATTeR – QuAeSTOR WeALTH

Wealth in Focus

I AM constantly reminded of how

easily investors get confused with investment

vehicles and investment funds / strategies. This then leads to one thinking one investment vehicle (e.g. Unit Trust) performs better than another (e.g. Retirement Annuity). The reality is that performance is primarily driven by the type of fund(s) you are exposed to and, more importantly, what their asset allocation looks like.

Let’s draw an analogy…..

Land Rover meets Lamborghini in a sprint race – who’s going to win? Well, it depends........assuming a flat tarred surface and the Lamborghini will be the obvious choice. If, however, the track was a rocky 28° incline then the Land Rover would become the clear winner.

And so it is with the selection of investment vehicles with the track ‘condition’ being aptly represented by tax – select the incorrect vehicle for your circumstances and needs and stand the risk of placing unnecessary ‘drag’ on your investment performance. The way to increase the performance of these investment vehicles to provide better returns would be likened to choosing a ‘bigger engine’ for the vehicle and boosting long term returns through greater exposure to equities and property. Just looking to cruise? you would then opt for more bonds and cash in your investment vehicle.

The main differences between investment vehicles (from a legislative point of view) are that of tax and liquidity and when deciding on which vehicle(s) to use to house your wealth, these should be the topics that are dealt with first.

wIth the wIde ARRAy oF InveStMent ‘PRodUctS’ AvAILABLe In the MARKet, the SURPRISIng tRUth IS thAt they ALL FIt Into one oF the FoLLowIng cAtegoRIeS:• Collective Investment Schemes (e.g. Unit Trust)• Endowments• Retirement Annuities• Pension Funds• Provident funds

So although there may be one or two bells and/or whistles added to some of these products by the life company or investment house, the undeniable truth is that they all fall under the same legislative constraints and obligations as each other – understand how they are governed and be empowered with perspective of which is best for you.

tax:The tax aspect of investment vehicles

are dealt with in two areas namely; income tax and Capital Gains Tax (CGT). One has to consider what income tax concessions (if any) are given on the premium or contribution made to the investment as well as explore how you or the fund will be taxed whilst in the fund and finally understand what tax will be paid (if any) on exiting the fund.

liquidity:Liquidity of an investment is purely

the extent to which the funds invested in a given investment vehicle can be liquidated (cashed out).

For the most part, there is a trade-off between potential immediate tax benefits and liquidity constraints. It therefore become important to have one’s investment portfolio intelligently structured in order to maximise both elements and ensure that one is either not falling into a tax trap or forcing their wealth to become illiquid.

So, in short, while correctly structuring your portfolio within the right investment vehicles can optimise your tax, the key driver of returns are derived from the investment funds and asset classes you hold.

AS FRESH FISH PRICES ROCKET, THAT OLD CANNED PILCHARDS MAINSTAy BECOMES MORE ATTRACTIVE, MORE OF A BARGAIN.

Get together: 1tbs butter. 1tbs plain or bread flour. 2 cups milk. 1tsp curry powder. Juice of ½ lemon. A 425g tin of pilchards – if you don’t want the tomato often included, just rinse the pilchards under a cold tap. 100g frozen peas. 100g frozen or fresh mealie kernels. For the topping: 2 cups freshly cooked mashed potato. 1 tbs butter. 1 tbs milk. Half an onion, grated. 1egg, beaten. Salt and fresh-ground black pepper.

Preheat oven to 180C. In a saucepan

make a white sauce by mixing the butter, flour and milk together – then whisk constantly over medium heat until sauce smoothes and thickens. Add curry powder, lemon juice, pilchards, peas and kernels. Stir together briefly. Spoon into a 20cm oven dish.

Make the topping by beating the

potato mash with the butter, milk, onion and egg. Season to taste. Spread topping over the pilchards and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. you can also use fresh or frozen puff pastry as a topping. When rolled and

ready, cut thin strips to stick over the casserole edges. Then roll out the pastry until it covers and can be crimped to the edges.

Risotto with bacon and peas

for 4. A great half-hour-to-make supper. Get together: ½ a cup of sunflower or canola oil. 1 onion, finely chopped. 4 or 8 rashers of bacon, depending on size. 1 clove garlic, finely chopped. 2 cups of fluffy rice (Arborio is best). 1.5 litres chicken or vegetable stock heated. 1 cup frozen peas. 3 heaped tbs of strong cheese – mature cheddar or Parmesan. A bunch of parsely, washed and finely chopped.

Heat the oil in a pan and cook the

bacon, onion and garlic until soft. Add the raw rice and stir for three or four minutes, until the grains are well coated with oil. Add a cup of the heated stock and stir until it is absorbed. Add more as the rice soaks it up. Keep stirring.

After around 10 minutes, add the

frozen peas. Carry on stirring. The risotto will be ready after around 20 minutes of cooking – when almost all the stock has been absorbed and when the rice is soft and creamy. Mix the cheese and parsley and stir it in quickly just before serving.

Other flavourings: tinned

sardines, black olives, soft-cooked red or green peppers, any finely chopped vegetables, fresh chopped herbs, sprinkles of red chilli powder, other grated cheeses – even blue cheese.

Going NaturalYou’ve been reading about it everywhere these days, hearing it on every fashion newscast, and watching women parade about with nary a hint of makeup on their faces. Forget the makeup, their hair is as natural as it looks when you wake up in the morning, if not as the day you were born. natural hues are in as much as the natural hairstyles, with long waves and the curls you were born with optimized to look as perfect in their messy state as possible.Shine, texture and character is what you should be placing your focus on and the less products and styling agents used, the better. Leave out thebrushesanduseyourfingerstodetanglehairinstead. Simple concealer and a hint of highlighter and perhaps a slight mascara application will be perfect. It’s a look seen at nearly every show and onewearedefinitelycopyingwithgusto.

bright linersThis is probably the most beautiful trend we can see, as it brings out the eyes, giving the face a fresh and lovely look. It’s been seen at Fendi and Dior and certainly worth copying over the next season. now, you may not need to snip off leather pieces and apply to the eyes with safe adhesives like those on the runway, but you can certainly use pastel colored liners in thick strips. Satin laser-cut liner stickers have also been devel-oped as smudge-proof alternatives to the bold look. Simply gorgeous!

An X-ray has revealed for the first time the full extent of the injury to Bono’s arm in a bicycle accident – and how it has been pieced back together by metal implants.

The 54-year-old U2 singer suffered multiple injuries including a fractured eye socket and shoulder blade as well as a severe fracture to his left elbow after the high-speed crash in New york’s Central Park last November.

Bono posted the X-ray of his shattered elbow on his blog, saying: ‘The recovery has been more difficult than I thought. As I write this it is not clear that I will ever play guitar again.’

But last night one of America’s leading elbow specialists, Dr Robert Klapper, said: ‘Playing the guitar

is absolutely the best physical therapy for this type of injury.’ However the doctor – whose patients have included Jack Nicholson and Dustin Hoffman – added: ‘This is certainly one of the most devastating and complex elbow injuries I’ve ever seen.’

Dr Klapper believes the X-ray was taken during surgery as it shows a tie from an operating room sheet in the top right-hand corner.

And he compared the operation to ‘piecing together a jigsaw’, saying it would have taken five hours to knit the mangled elbow together using three titanium plates and 18 screws.

But he added: ‘I expect Bono to play the guitar and continue to be the great musician we all know and love.’

The end of SenSiTive TeeTh?Paste Treatment Mimics Tooth enamel To Halt Pain - And Lasts At Least 70 Days

A PASte that mimics and even helps to rebuild worn tooth enamel could soon bring relief to sufferers of sensitive teeth.

Researchers in Taiwan have developed a material that can form a barrier over areas of teeth that are responsible for causing pain when eating hot or cold foods.

The study found that when tested on dogs, the paste provided relief for at least 70 days.

At least one in five adults suffer from sensitive teeth at some point and the problem is particularly high among people aged between 40 and 50 years old.

It is caused by areas of the soft dentine that lies beneath the hard enamel of teeth becomes exposed.

This dentine contains hundreds of thousands of microscopic tube-like structures that radiate out from the pulp and contain a fluid.

Changes in the flow of the fluid in the dentine tubes due to physical pressure or hot or cold drinks

triggers nerves located on the pulp side of the tubes. Now Professor Chun-Pin Lin, a researcher at the

school of dentistry at the National Taiwan University, and his colleagues claim to have an answer.

They have developed a material using calcium carbonate and silica that can seal the exposed dentine tubes and catalyse the regeneration of enamel.

They have now tested their new paste on dogs and found that it plugged exposed tubes more deeply than other treatments, such as special toothpastes.

Tests on the dogs' teeth revealed 'significant crystal growth' and 'no pulp irritation after 70 days,' wrote researchers.

Professor Lin said: 'The biomimetic crystal layer can serve as a more reliable barrier that protects the pulp tissue.

'In fact, this crystal layer may act as a promoter for the mineralization of the pulp-dentin complex

by inducing the permeation of calcium ions.'We believe that the novel mesoporous

biomaterials presented here have great potential for serving as both a catalyst and as a carrier in the repair or regeneration of dental hard tissue.

'Overall, the animal study revealed that the paste exhibited a more favourable dentin pulp response than did the other treatments.'

The researchers hope the treatment could also be used to repair minor damage to teeth caused by tooth decay and to reduce the pain caused by tooth chips.

The ducati Scrambler is a motorcycle that is absolutely of its time. created as an entry-level

roadster in an attempt to attract new and younger riders to the iconic Italian brand, it's essentially a simple, 803cc air-cooled v-twin with styling inspired by the firm's single-cylinder Scrambler models of the Seventies.

All the bikes on the launch were the base-model Icon, which has a very upright riding position dictated largely by its wide, upswept one-piece handlebar. Despite this, it feels quite sporty thanks to its relatively light weight (just 186kg with fuel), fairly rearset footrests and a slim, though well-padded, seat that is low enough to allow most riders to put both feet flat on the ground.

Straight-line performance is enjoyably brisk, the engine happy to pull strongly from almost any revs, which is useful because the round instrument panel features a large central digital speedometer but a slim and less than legible rev-counter bar running around its lower circumference. the minimalist, alloy-rimmed console is attractive but also lacks a fuel gauge or gear indicator.

Throttle response is crisp; slightly sharp on initial opening in the lower gears, but not enough to annoy or hinder control. The Ducati cruised effortlessly and smoothly at the legal limit, well short

of its top speed of about 195kmph. I found the six-speed gearbox both light and precise, although some riders reported a slightly harsh change that might improve with more use.

The chassis is well matched to the engine, giving easy and confidence-inspiring handling. There is minimal potential for suspension adjustment; just preload of the diagonally mounted rear shock. Both ends are quite firm by roadster standards, but ride quality is reasonably good, and the result is a bike that is fun to flick through a set of bends, the wide handlebar helping it to change direction with little effort. Stopping power is very reassuring, too, due largely to the big, ABS-equipped single front disc and its four-piston Brembo radial caliper.

the Scrambler is not designed for practicality, having a fairly small, 13.5-litre tank that will give a range of about 250km. But it has a useful USB socket and phone storage area under the seat, and the array of accessories includes luggage as well as alternative tank panels to customise the look.

The Broon F8 is one of the latest supercars

to hit the market. this electric supercar boasts four-wheel drive, Led headlights, a full touchscreen control and entertainment system and has intelligent drive assist. It can even be controlled remotely.

However, unlike the Ferraris and Lamborghinis of the world - it is aimed exclusively at your kids.

The car has a gear box, electronic disc brakes, urethane foam tires and the ability to employ Android OS as Broon`s infotainment system says Henes, the company that produces the car in Korea.

It costs around R10, 000 and is the ultimate toy, they say. Power comes from a 12v/24v 15,000RPM motor with a top speed of 14 km/h.

For driver safety, there are bucket seats with four-point safety harnesses and thanks to a self-analysis system,

the car provides excellent handling as it distributes the power to the wheels based on terrain.

For rough playrooms, the Broon is equipped with individual suspension on all wheels.

The suspension firmly supports the wheels, and gas shock absorbers prevent vibration.

It will be the most comfortable ride your child can experience, they say. It also uses real tyres. Unlike the toy wheels used on most kids` vehicles, Broon's wheel structure is similar to that on an actual motor vehicle.

It has three driving modes, 'Comfort' mode makes acceleration and braking slow and easy. 'Normal' increases the sensitivity of the gas and brake pedals and 'Dynamic' mode cranks it all up.

And if your child isn't keen on driving, you can turn it into the world's largest remote controlled car through a remote control mechanism.
