LightMate

LightMate® Rack 2000

MT Part No. 5211 LM Rack 2000.

HxWxD: 2050 x 600 x 400 mm. 19” system, internal 42u. The rack is designed to be able to handle large amounts of patch cord. Up to 4000 patch cords can be handled. When 2 racks are positioned side by side with center distance 800 mm there will be a storage for patch cord overlenght. This can handle up to 4 meters overlenght.

It is recommended to place the rack with a distance of 200 mm from the wall.

There is an integrated cable duct on top of each rack. This replaces over-head mounted cable duct. No need for threading patch cords. All passages are open.

Bending radius min. 30 mm is guaranteed. The rack is open and provides good ventilation for active equipment.The rack handles a total weight of 250kg.The rack has surface treatment with very good electrical conductivity.The rack has grounding rail for 10 connections.Adjustable wall attachment and feet is included.

Splice magazine for 19” installation. The pictures shows a cable to cable application. Also possible to splice blown fibre in micro duct to cable, and pigtails to cable.

Splice cassettes are withdrawable 120 mm. All terminations can be done from the front, that creates a very high packing density. No working space between additional magazines in the rack is necessary. 10 magazines with a total capacity of 3840 splices can be installed in one rack or cabinet with full front side operational access.

The depht is only 220 mm from the attachment point. That creates an excellent bending space for cables behind the magazine. It stands out 80 mm in the front. Height 4u.Each splice cassette has holders for 96 single or 48 ribbon splices.
