Makertini

2 oz. Makers Mark Bourbon 1/2 oz. TOF Triple Sec 1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice 1/2 oz. TOF Lime Juice Combine all and shake vigorously in shaker with ice. Strain into martini glass. Take orange twist and light with a match flame over the drink. Discard the twist & Serve.

Taste of Florida Margarita Chicken Wings Ingredients: 2 lb of chicken wings, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of pepper zest of 1 large lime, 1 cup of TOF margarita mix, ½ cup of tequila.

Directions: 1.Mix all ingredients in a large zip lock bag. Put in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. 2. Grill chicken for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Optionally, brush on a thin layer of your favorite barbeque sauce.

Taste of Florida Strawberry Shortcake Ingredients: 2 pints of fresh strawberries, 1 cup of TOF Strawberry Mixer, 2.5 cups of Bisquick baking mix, 1/2 cup of milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar and 3 oz. of butter. Directions: Heat oven to 425 degrees. Remove stems from strawberries and slice into 1/4 inch slices. In a sauce pan, combine the strawberries and TOF Strawberry Mixer. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Place mixture into a bowl and place in the refrigerator. Stir Bisquick, milk, butter and sugar together in a mixing bowl until dough forms — do not over work. Place 6 large spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and bake until golden brown — about 10 to 12 minutes. Serve in a bowl with strawberries poured over the warm biscuit. Garnish with whipped cream, drizzled strawberries and a mint sprig.
