Lindsay's Still Room is a family run business in the heart of Derbyshire. We are passionate about providing you with a quality range of homemade drinks. Lindsay started in November 2011, armed with a small pan, a hand full of spices and an enthusiasm to create something different. For her, it was a natural progression from drinking mulled wine to making it! Mulled wine turned into summer cocktails and here we are with a fantastic range of 5 summer drinks and 5 winter drinks for you to enjoy. Lindsay's Still Room specialises in producing quality small batches of drinks that are exclusive. We sell direct to our customers via our website, through local and regional food fairs and also through several independent retailers in the local area. We are passionate about supporting local business' and therefore local economy. We source our ingredients, materials, packaging and spices through local, regional and UK companies and try hard to support the Fair Trade movement where possible.

S um m e r : Rhubarb and Rosemary Sour A delicious blend of premium gin, fresh lemon juice and home made rhubarb and rosemary syrup. Perfect for a summer’s day or evening. Great as a Sour over ice. Add soda water to make a Rhubarb Collins, or 1 part sour, 2 part Prosecco for a classy cocktail!

Elderflower & Cucumber Mojito

A refreshing blend of premium rum, fresh lime juice, elderflower juice and home-made

cucumber and mint syrup.

750ml 12% abv

Serve over ice, add a dash of soda water to taste and decorate with cucumber and mint.

Cherry Cosmopolitan An enticing blend of premium vodka, triple sec, cherry juice with a

hint of orange zest.

Chill or shake with ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a martini glass and decorate with a cherry or slice of

orange zest for an extra touch of glamour.
