Effectiveness and availabilitySignalled states of individual machines or lines are assessed based on- performance- quality- availability

By offering a comparison between these three factors,the LINERECORDER makes it easier to detect weakspots.Performance, quality and availability can be displayedas horizontal or vertical bar graphs within a specifictime frame or as a time line.

Traffic light colours of the live status inform about- production time- planned downtime- unplanned downtime- ready for operation

LINERECORDERThe LINERECORDER is a modular and scalable softwarethat can be used in any combination on individual machines, lines, manual workstations or for entire sites.The web-based browser technology offers location-independent data transfer, data storage and controlfunctionalities for all production processes. The LINERECORDER software can be used to calculatequantitative and qualitative key parameters throughoutproduction.The intermediate buffer of the LINERECORDER AGENTprevents data loss in case of a failure.
