It is established as a period of maximum number of users and bathing season from 01 July to 31 August.

COMMITMENTS AND SIGNS

Commitments:- Presence of lifeguards during eight hours uninterrupted- Civic security attention in a optimum time.- In case of presence of elements that suppose a potential risk for the bathers, will be a

protocol actuation.- Flag with information about: the water state according to meteorological conditions or

presence of marine plagues or waste (green: optimum state, yellow: alert and red: bath forbidden).

- Establishment of areas indicated with buoys.- To guarantee that the activity of the installations temporary companies are regulated.- We’ll watch over the good condition and working of services and equipment in the

beach.- Facilities for the public bath available to people with reduced mobility and keep in a

good condition the access for people with reduced mobility.- We’ll wacth over the correct cleaning of the beach, using the best facilities for each

situation. Waste collection, empty litter bins and containers, cleaning and daily maintenance of de sand, during high season

- Publication of the analytical results. Analysis every 15 days, from may to September, ofthe quality of the water. Every month quality analysis of the sand and footbaths, during the high season.

- Higienic and sanitary control of beach bars in the beach. - Make periodics satisfaction polls to know suggestions and complaints and evaluate the

citizen satisfaction - Promise to manage the complaints of users formalized through the Town Hall General

OBJECTIVES AND GOALS

In relation of the definition of objectives according to que Quality Management Systemimplemented in our beaches, we establish specific, measurable and temporary objectives. Theobjectives and improvements that have been established in 2019 to date are these:

- environmental simulation on beaches.- Increased the control over food security; increased one month more the microbiological

control of food and work surfaces into beach bars. (June- July- August)- Increase the sanitary hygienic control of the sand beach and surfaces of the footbaths,

from June to September.- New wooden walkway in Carrion and La Concha beaches, (from the third week of July)- Environmental awareness: distribution in beach bars, civil protection posts, tourist

officces and hotels with more than 8000 beach ashtray.- Beach safety: identification bracelets in civil protection post in beaches- Collaboration in the program from General Direction of Health in Murcia “Beaches

without smoke”. With this program we want to promote healthy lifestyles. Promotion ofthe leisure and healthy tourism. We have included la Concha Beach as the first “Beachwithout smoke” in Los Alcazares.

- New playground in Las Palmeras beach.- New leisure area in Los Narejos, close to “Chinguirito” and “El Arenal”- Renovation of all beach cleaning machinery: tractor, beach cleaning machine, and

leveler.

Objectives and goals in 2018:- Infrastructure: rehabilitation of marine platform in El Espejo Beach.ç- Sport and leisure activities: installation of a new biohealthy circuit in La Concha, Las

Palmeras and Los Narejos Beaches.- Rescue and Safety: Rescue personal watercraft with mobilization device an built-in

displacement and transport cartç



- Permanent infrastructure: replenishment (supply and installation) of four footbath withdrainage well and base for Las Salinas beach (2 units), El Espejo beach (1 unit) and LasPalmeras beach (1unit).

- Sport and leisure activities: installation of calisthenics circuit in Las Palmeras Beach.- Sport and leisures activities: renovation of a playground in Los Narejos Beach.- Adaptation of El Espejo Square.- Installation of new wooden walkways.- Placement of litter bins in the promenade of our beaches.

QUALITY OF WATER, SAND AND SURFACE LAVAPIÉS

According to the RD 1341/2007, the Comunidad Autónoma of the Región of Murcia makesnumerous bathing water sampling .

Updated on bathing water quality information is available at the tourist offices, civil protectionpositions beaches, www.losalcazares.es, Health Portal of the Region of Murciawww.murciasalud.es, nayade.msc.es, Canal Mar Menor. Also from the City of Los Alcazares is controlled, in high season, the presence of fungi in sandand footbaths surfaces.
