Community Building
Objective:
Continue to network after the programme and form a
community of change initiatives
21
We are responsible for what we are, and whatever we wish to be.
We have the power to make ourselves. If what we are now has been the
result of our own past actions, it certainly follows that whatever we wish to be
in future can be produced by our present actions.
So we have to know how to Act.
ACTION
23
Questions For Reflections
Some basic questions to reflect on after this programme are:
What action am I going to take to enhance my ethical practices?
What one action can I take right now to break through to a higher
level of effectiveness?
What are the ethical challenges embedded in a particular project
in which you are involved?
What are the blocks I may encounter on my way to this journey?
How many times have we asked ourselves: Is that the way I
should treat someone else? Is that the way someone else should
treat me?
24
Moving Ahead
•What actions do we commit ourselves to?
•Who / how / when?
25
Three kinds of people
• The miniscule number who make things happen.
• A significant minority who watch things happen.
• The vast majority who have no idea what happened.

Thank You!!
