and a cupola. This design was created to match a

barnyard themed playground.

SCHOOL HOUSE SHELTER

Created custom, the 12’ x 20’ Pittsburgh all-steel,

gable end school house shelter features a steeple,

a laser-cut bell, gable enclosures, and ornamental

laser-cutting.

STEAMBOAT SHELTER

Created custom, the 20’ x 24’ Pittsburgh hip-end,

duo-top Steamboat Shelter features ornamental

“smoke stacks” and lattice, custom size handrails,

INFORMATION & OPTIONSIN

LIMITED WARRANTY & TERMS AND CONDITIONSSRP warrants that its structure will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, as well as maintain structural integrity for a period of 10 years from the date of invoice with the following terms and conditions. Abnormal conditions are specifically excluded from coverage under this warranty.

The owner shall notify SRP to arrange for an inspection within 30 days after discovery of any defect under this warranty and before any alteration or repair is made or attempted. This limited warranty shall be null and void if the owner makes any alterations in design.

Contingent liability is specifically excluded. SRP has the option to repair or replace any defect in materials. SRP is in no way responsible for damages caused by others including: installer, vandalism, fire, acts of God (lightning, storms, hail, etc.), corrosion, salt spray, pollution and infestation by rodents or other vermin.

SRP shall not be responsible for insurance standards or code compliance changes that may be required in the future.

SRP shall not be responsible for delays due to missing, stolen, or non-conforming parts. Any rework of non-conforming parts must be authorized by SRP prior to the time that the rework is done.

In the unlikely event of failure, SRP reserves the right to alter the design, color, or contributing factors to rectify the condition and help prevent any future reoccurrence(s).

Some fitting and field cutting of parts may be required, and will not be subject to back charges or cause for rejection.

SRP specifically excludes any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness or purpose, and there are no warranties, which extend beyond the description of the face hereof.

Under no circumstances will SRP be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages due to breach of warranty, and such, damages are specifically excluded from this warranty.

CUPOLASA variety of cupolas are available for most shelters. Our steel

cupolas’ roofs will match the color of your shelter’s metal roof.

ZINC-LOC POWDER COAT FINISH STANDARD STEEL FRAME COLORSInitially blasted to a ‘white’ condition to remove all surface rust and oil, our steel frames

are coated electrostatically with an Epoxy TGIC Powder Coating Zinc-Rich Primer. Unlike any

other shelter manufacturer, Litchfield actually uses a TGIC Zinc Powder Coating-Rich Primer

that has had 4,000 hours of salt spray testing. After the primer application, Litchfield applies

the TGIC Top Powder Coat electrostatically. After the application of the final coat, a total of 6

mils of finished Powder Coating has been applied, which is backed by 5,000 hours of testing

(ASTM Method B117).

WEATHER-SHIELD™Weather-Shield™ is an extra step in our coating process which offers enhanced corro-

sion protection to your shelter. This is the standard metal treatment we offer for the

sake of producing the highest quality products for our customers. We apply a layer of an

environmentally-friendly epoxy powder coating, which is specially formulated to greatly

improve corrosion protection, chemical resistance, and edge coverage. We then apply

our polyester powder coating finish color, which offers superior protection against

UV exposure. Perfect for harsh weather conditions or coastal locations, our Weather-

Shield™ application processes will greatly lengthen the life of your shelter investment.

WEATHERVANESLitchfield offers hand-cast aluminum weathervanes with a satin black, oven-cured enamel

finish. Weathervanes are 30” high and are offered in a pewter or gold-bronze finish.
