We hold theircertificates here in our office if ever you need copies of them. Wealso create lifestyle products, inspired by our soft toy designs,some of which are not to be considered as toys. Specific safetyrecommendations for these designs can be found on individuallabels attached where necessary. We tame our animals withcareful training and testing; our non-soft toy designs are subjectto thorough due diligence. If you ever have any problems withtheir behaviour we want to know as a matter of urgency, so wecan revise our methods of construction or upbringing!
