Welcome from the Keystone Guild
to what may be the last "Little
Stitches" for the Mid-Eastern
Region. We have done things a
little differently due to a vote of
the region executive committee to
extend the event to a two-day
event. Two days of classes and a
merchandise night will allow each
participant to learn new things
and experience new ideas. Have a
great time and learn a lot!
Betty
Welcome
Discover the designer in you. Guidance will encourage students to develop their own “Unique Heart” through interchange of color, stitch and/or bead placement. Less familiar stitches increase the individuality of your heart. Perle cotton and Delica beads are executed on 24-count Congress Cloth to produce this 7” x 7” design. Your heart is available in two color options - Brights or Muted. Some pre-work basting is required. (2-Day Class)
Kit includes: 16” x 16” congress cloth, perle cottons, 6-stranded cotton
floss, Delica beads, needles #24 tapestry, #10 beading, instructions with
charts and stitch diagrams.
Need to bring: 16” x 16” stretcher bars, tacks or staples to attach canvas to bars, extra #24 tapestry needles, frame weight or table clamp (something to hold your frame), lighting and magnification, if needed, and your usual stitching supplies.
About Julie: Julie is a designer and teacher of canvas work, Brazilian
embroidery and blackwork. Since joining EGA in 1991, she has taught at
Mid-Eastern Region workshops, EGA chapters, ANG chapters and private
stitching groups.
