• The company should think about alternate
distribution systems in advance to acquire better distribution in future.
• They should give more incentive to channel partnersto ensure their interest of participation indistribution.
• They should try to acquire big as well as smalloutlets which are available in the market.
• They should select right kind of courier agencies toensure better delivery in time.
• They should go to outlets and examine whether themagazine is visible among competitors.
• They should also take the feedback from channelpartners to tackle the problems.
• They must motivate their partners to sell more of
