LM160LM360 High Speed Differential ComparatorGeneral DescriptionThe LM160LM360 is a very high speed differential input

complementary TTL output voltage comparator with im-proved characteristics over the mA760mA760C for which itis a pin-for-pin replacement The device has been optimized

for greater speed input impedance and fan-out and lowerinput offset voltage Typically delay varies only 3 ns for over-drive variations of 5 mV to 400 mV

Complementary outputs having minimum skew are provid-

ed Applications involve high speed analog to digital conver-tors and zero-crossing detectors in disk file systems

FeaturesY Guaranteed high speed 20 ns maxY Tight delay matching on both outputsY Complementary TTL outputsY High input impedanceY Low speed variation with overdrive variationY Fan-out of 4Y Low input offset voltageY Series 74 TTL compatible
