DANIEL O’CONNELL OFFNER

Daniel Offner is one of the leading lawyers in theinteractive entertainment industry, in addition toworking extensively with traditional media and retail, aswell as digital content and distribution. A primary focusof his practice is the representation of many of the topvideogame publishers, technology companies,developers, and console manufacturers in the US andworldwide on all aspects of their business. Arthur Adelberg has had a diverse career ingovernment, corporate management and privatepractice. Timothy J. JON G. DARYANANI

Lance Jurich’s practice focuses primarily on therepresentation of creditors in connection withenforcement of rights, workouts and bankruptcies.

In the real estate area, Mr. Jurich represents financialinstitutions in prebankruptcy strategy and counseling,state court enforcement of debt instruments andbankruptcy litigation. He has experience litigatingvaluation issues in judicial foreclosure actions andrelief from stay issues.
