Getting Started: Log In and User Registration

Create an Account: New Users only

Fill out all required fields

and click Submit

Click on this link to look up your NPN if

you have one.

If you do not see your Agency on this

list please select Other.

In Step 3, please note your username for future sessions. Then click Continue to Home.

Click on Forgot your unsername Or Forgot your password

Forgot Username

Fill in the required fields and click on Submit

On this tab you will see your username. Click Continue to login.

You should then receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click Continue to login.

To view or edit your profile, click on Profile

Click Edit Profile to view your detailed profile information.

Update Account Information

On this tab you will be able to update your email address, personal information, mailing address and additional fields

To change your password, click on Profile

Change Password

Then click on Change password button

Fill in the required fields and click on Save changes

Begin Training: How to enroll in 2014 SCAN certification training

On the homepage you will want to go to 2014 SCAN Certification Training by clicking on Get plan.

Once you click on Get Plan, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to enroll, please click Yes

Tier 1: AHIP Medicare Training

Click on AHIP Medicare Training to complete AHIP at SCAN’s discounted rate of $100

Once you have completed your AHIP training return to the SCAN site by clicking on Return to SCAN in the upper right corner.

Tier 2: Enrolling into the Tier 2 on-line training

To enroll into Tier 2, click on Tier 2 on-line training

Once you click on Get Plan, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to enroll, please click Yes

Click on this link to Open the link to SCAN’s P&P’s and Code of

Conduct where you will want to read and review all documents.

Check this box once

you finished viewing the documents.

Click Submit Questionnaire to complete this section of Tier 2.

Click on Next to go to the Video

Tier 2: on-line training

Attesting to SCAN’s Code of Conduct and Policy and Procedures (P&P)

To complete Tier 2 you will need to watch a 26 minute

video by clicking on the blue link 2014 Selling with Integrity Click on

Tier 2: on-line training

Now that you have completed Tier 2 click on Return to home page.

To see the trainings in your area, you will want to make

sure that the correct zip code is listed and you may also choose the distance

from that zip code, then pick the month and click Submit.

Note: Review the training

titles to RSVP for the correct training of your choice.

Tier 3: Enrolling into Tier 3 (face-to-face) training

To enroll in a Tier 3 (face-to-face) training session please use the calendar on your home page by scrolling down until you see the calendar on your screen

You will then see a list of the trainings per day, for the month you choose.

Tier 3: Enrolling into Tier 3 (face-to-face) training

To register, click on the training that you would like

to attend.

Click on Enroll into Course

Tier 3: Enrolling into Tier 3 (face-to-face) training

You will be asked to verify that you want to enroll into this course, simply click Yes.

This is your confirmation page. Please print your confirmation for your records. SCAN will see you at the training.

Tier 3: Enrolling into Tier 3 (face-to-face) training

To verify that you enrolled in the class, you can go to your Profile

Under Courses you will see the trainings that you are enrolled in.
