    CITY OF LONG BEACH

    Dear Friends,

On behalf of the people of the great City of Long Beach, it is my honor and pleasure to welcome you to the 33rd West Coast Energy Management Congress. Thank you for choosing our city!

The work of energy management is extremely important to our economy and our quality of life. It’s gratifying to know that you be able to enjoy the many activities Long Beach has to offer while you are engaged in the hard work you’ve come here to do.

I hope you will take some time to get to know our city, with our beautiful ocean front views, tree-lined streets, and historic neighborhoods, our parks and beaches, restaurants and shopping, and many cultural amenities that make Long Beach special. Within blocks of the Convention Center, you will find something for everyone, whether you visit the iconic Queen Mary, the world class Museum of Latin American Art, or the unique bars and restaurants Downtown and in the East Village. Long Beach is happy to host you!

Thank you again for being here, and please enjoy your stay.
