The Lords of the Valley is a role-playing simulation board game that takes place in the valley of the river exposed to unexpected droughts and floods. Participants take role of farmers-businessmen, water authorities, local authorities, bank and non-governmental organization. Players attempt to achieve their own goals, facing many challenges arising from the decisions of other players and the unpredictability of the environment.

The game lets its participants experience the fact that lack of cooperation and communication between the actors makes it impossible to find optimal solutions. As a result, the sum of individual players’ profits will be less than at finding a common solution for all.

The game combines challenges of solving complex problems with the fasci-nating dynamics of human relationships. It engages, teaches and entertains perfectly, all at the same time.

If you want to participate on this game, please register by October 20th, 2013 at the latest at info@hridaya.at.

COSTS & PAYMENT:

For this time only, we would like to offer you this event free of charge. If you wish to stay overnight before or after the game, there is no addition-al charge. There will be an optional morning meditation practice on Saturday and Sunday morning. We would only ask for your contribution of 5 EUR for lunch.
