1. Call to Order The Vice Chair called the meeting to order at 8:25 AM.
2. Roll Call ☒ Roll call was done with only Mrs. Ranatza absent. Staff members present: John Poche Lea Wroten Theresa Doan
3. Public Comment was allowed on request before any action item.
4. Regular Business: a. The minutes from the January 28, 2019 meeting were reviewed.
☒ There were no corrections. Motion was made by Mr. Loftin, seconded by Mr. Roche'. Without objection, the motion passed unanimously.
5. New Business: a. Clemency hearings: The Board conducted 12 clemency hearings.
6. Other Business:
Administrative review of clemency applications: The Board reviewed and considered 34 applications for clemency.
7. Adjournment There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned on motion by Mr. Wise at 3:12 pm.
