through to September will be busy.

* Decide on whether you are having a religious or a civil ceremony.

* Decide how many guests you would like to invite.

* Select your wedding party.

* Start looking for inspiration for your wedding. You will find this everywhere, magazines, fabric, colours, flowers. When you find something you like - Keep it.

1 2 M O N T H S B E F O R E* Make sure you receive a written confirmation and terms and

conditions from the Crowne Plaza.

* Send out the save the date cards.

* Select and book all the suppliers who could potentially get booked for another wedding, Photographer, Videographer, Florist, Wedding cars and entertainment.

* Book bedrooms with the hotel, don't forget we reserve up to 12 bedrooms at a discounted price, including one complementary bedroom for the bride and groom.

* Shop for and order your wedding outfits, lingerie and footwear.

1 0 / 8 M O N T H S B E F O R E* If having a civil ceremony give notice of the marriage to the

superintendent registrar at Liverpool City Council.

* Choose your cake maker and the style and flavour. Always request a tasting and remember that depending on the style of your cake, if you require Crowne Plaza can provide you with a stand and knife.

* Select your music for your ceremony and check with your Church or registrar that they are happy with your choices.

6 M O N T H S B E F O R E* Finalise your guest list.

* Decide if you are giving favours and if you are planning on handmade then start making now, if not then purchase them.

* Discuss your venue dressing with your supplier.

* Select who will be doing your wedding day pamper (Hair and make up)

* Plan those all important stag and hen parties.

3 / 2 M O N T H S B E F O R E* Send out your invitations and guest information. Date the RSVP's

at least 4 weeks before, we need final numbers.

* Arrange food tasting with Crowne Plaza to ensure your menu is how you like it on your big day.

* Meeting with your wedding coordinator to go over last bit and any changes.

1 W E E K B E F O R E* Confirm with your Crowne Plaza wedding coordinator that

nothing has changed since your last meeting.

* Collect wedding outfits.

* Collect your rings.

* Arrange the wedding cake to be delivered to Crowne Plaza on the day of the wedding after 11am.

T H E D AY B E F O R E* Visit Crowne Plaza to make sure you have not forgotten anything.

* Meet with the events manager which will be there on your day, to go over last minute details.

* Maybe check into our spa to enjoy a de-stressing couples massage.

Try to have a relaxing, stress free evening and an early night.

T H E B I G D AY* Enjoy a relaxing champagne breakfast in your room.

* Give yourself plenty of time to get ready.

* Begin your travels to your ceremony.

* Enjoy and relax... Crowne Plaza has got the rest covered.
