It often happens that people spend huge sums on their special days and yet the experience isn’t worth how much they spend

So we’re here to solve this problem

We want to give people the best experiences possible and to make a rich experience affordable for college students

Market Overview

Ours is basically a part of the huge event management which grows by an approximate 15% every passing year

However it does not consist of any prominent business that focuses on young couple needs that provide services like we do and that is why we came up with this concept

Target Customers

Our main market consists of couples in the age group of 18-40, However we are prioritizing college going students and people in their 20s as our main target customers

Our services will be designed as per the needs of people in our domain so as to cater their needs

We provide quality experiences to those who have a tight budget yet want to have some good time

To provide catering and event management services, that has not been experienced in the industry at affordable rates.

To become the premier choice for our target customers, for event planning and brandling

To incorporate event management research and development functions in the company in the first five years

To achieve consistently a return on investment superior to all others to provide the basis for the long term capital growth

To be a company admired for its values, and standards to all our clients

Customer Profile

Our customer profile consists of college going students and couples in the age group of 18-40

Before all else, we segment our customers and identify which ones fit in our target groups. That information makes our marketing truly effective.

Collaborators

The main collaborators we’re going to have a tie-up with are all the famous restaurants that are trending lately(to suit all pockets), decorators, live music providers/DJs, and cab drivers.

So that we can provide the customers with a great experience inclusive of all the facilities

Company

As an online portal the company acts as a link between the customers and the other service providers initially but gradually it too will develop services of its own

Competitors

Companies like Bouqs, Sosh, Eventbrite, Opentable etc. are a few companies which may stand as a competitors as the services that they provide allign to some extent with our services

We have designed various levels of services that will be provided to the customers according to their needs and budget.

For an instance,

• 4-5star restaurant+live music+pickup and drop services

• 3 start restaurant+decorations+live music

• 3 star restaurant+themed breakfast/lunch/dinner

All these will be rated differently and special customized changes may also be made if required
