Congratulations on the launch of The Children's Partnership in your Children's

Church!

Our monthly Partnership Sundays afford the children the opportunity to give to help

take this Gospel to the ends of the earth through the various ministry outreach /

partnership arms.

PUBLICIZING THE CHILDREN'S PARTNERSHIP SUNDAY

A well-planned and effective pre-publicity is very vital to engage all stakeholders to

ensure maximum participation by all the kids and their parents.

Here is a list of publicity materials & strategies you can use for publicizing the children's

partnership Sunday;

- Print out The Children's Partnership Sunday e-cards from the LoveWorld

Children's Ministry Department in flyer / handbill and Poster sizes respectively.

- Distribute flyers or handbills in the main church and also to the children in the

children's church

- Paste posters in strategic locations in your church venue and in the children's

church or child space.

- Produce and place publicity banner in church premises and in the children's

church facility or Child Spaces

- Download The Children's Partnership Video Promo for the different partnership

arms and air in the main church and in the children's church services.

- Produce children's partnership branded T-shirts for Teachers and Kid's

partnership ambassadors to brand the event.

Partnership Day:

The key stakeholders for organizing a successful Children's Partnership Day includes;

· Ensure that the Pastor is given advanced notice and is well informed of the

upcoming Children's Partnership Day and what the event will entail.

· Get your Pastor to announce and speak briefly about the upcoming Children's

Partnership Day in the main church.

· Secure and book a slot in main church service to play the children's partnership

promo during the Wednesdays & Sunday Services ahead of scheduled event

date.

· Regular Announcements at Assembly & In-Class: Teacher can take advantage

of the morning assembly to announce and sensitize the kids about the

upcoming Partnership Sunday. Give brief information about what it is about

and their role to create excitement and expectation about the event and th themphasize the date for the Partnership Day (Sunday, March 11 or March 18

2018) by asking the children to chorus the dates when you are done taking the

announcements.

• Appoint Your Partnership Reps: Identify and appoint a representative for each

of the ministry partnership arms from amongst the cell leaders and assistant

cell leaders that would be trained to rehearse and to talk about the various

partnership arms and their relevance to the work of the ministry.

· Produce and distribute a take-home slip with information on the partnership

day and hand- outs to parents as they check in their kids for the service ahead

of the event date.

· Start a parent group on kingschat and send out regular information to hype

and sensitize the parents about the upcoming Partnership Sunday so that they

are well prepared for it.

· Book a slot in the main church to address the congregation and sensitize the

brethren

· Ensure that the customized children's partnership promo for the different arms

are aired accordingly.

How To Conduct The Partnership Celebration Segment1) Assemble the children in a conducive environment for the Partnership Day –the

hall, a large classroom, etc

2) The partnership coordinator (an adult) should address and exhort the children on what partnership is, the benefits of partnership, the opportunities of partnership and their role. Here is a template you can use;

What Does It Mean To Be A Partner?

Partnership is a relationship between 2 or more

people who share responsibility in a common

activity to achieve a common goal.

For us in the Believers Loveworld nation, partnership is working together with our

Man-of-God, Reverend Chris Oyakhilome (Dsc, DD) through the various ministry

arms by giving money seeds and praying so that people will receive the Gospel all

round the world.Pastor Chris says; "Partnership is your active ministry beyond your limits. Partnership takes you beyond your limits”As we give in partnership, we join our Man of God in preaching this Gospel, taking the message of our ministry to people in near and faraway places right from where you are! Partnership helps you fulfill your role in the vision of our ministry - taking the divine presence of God to the nations and peoples of the world, demonstrating the character of the spirit.

1) The partnership placard bearers should be called in to enlighten the children on

the various partnership arms. Each partnership placard bearer should give a

citation about the partnership arm he/she represents and the importance of

partnership and why he or she must partner with our man of God.

2) Lead the children to pray and talk to the Lord about their commitment to

partnership with our Man of God to take this Gospel to the ends of the earth.

3) Distribute the partnership registration card and envelopes to the children and

guide them to complete all required fields and put their seeds in the envelopes.

4) Ask the children to give their partnership seeds and then pray for the children

afterwards. th th5) Announce the date for April Partnership Sunday (April 8 & April 15 ) Encourage

the kids who didn't have their partnership seed on the day to bring them on

subsequent Sundays throughout the month.

6) Remember to sustain the momentum with regular announcements and

engagement with the Pastor and Parents for the partnership Sundays in

subsequent Months.

o On a monthly basis, the children should be reminded of their partnership

commitment 2 weeks before the next partnership Sunday.

o Printed partnership reminder slips should be distributed to parents and text

messages sent to them at least 2 times during the week to remind them of their

children's partnership seeds.

o Have some children share testimonies of their partnership at the assembly or in-

class partnership awareness segments.

o Appoint a partnership coordinator from your team who should coordinate the

partnership segments and keep good records of remittances for both the children

and the teachers.

The partnership report for each partnership Sunday should be submitted to the

church Pastor and PFCC office respectively.

o Keep good records and send out quarterly partnership advisories to the parents.

The children should be recognized for their giving and partnership on a quarterly

basis. It could be in the form an informal award ceremony at the end of a class

session or at the general assembly. Awards item can include a memorabilia or

medal.
