LandDesign, in collaboration with TVSdesign, provided full landscape architectural and civil engineering services for an entire corporate lifestyle campus. Nestled into a 16-acre densely, wooded site, Phase I houses nearly 3,000 people and includes two 7-story towers with outboard service and elevator cores, as well as a 7-level deck. The new campus for LPL Financial represents a new, progressive model for corporate build to suit projects founded on a strategy of Inside-Out/Outside-In planning. Designed around net- zero energy goals, the core-free 25,000 square feet floor plate configuration maximizes workplace natural light and views to the wooded setting for all employees. Site amenities include a central courtyard and arrival, a large lake and hardscape promenade, various outdoor meeting spaces, and the “backyard,” a natively planted recreation zone including an event lawn, sports court and jogging trails. Phase one of the Kingsley Master Plan includes an urban center and exterior spaces, a hotel, 250 multi- family units and two large corporate centers consisting of Class A office space. Long-range plans include expansion of office, as well as single-family residential and access to the Anne Springs Close Greenway, for which 2,100 acres have been dedicated to the state for recreation and trails.
