An architectural icon in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, The Troika is the designed by globally‐celebrated architects Foster & Partners. This firm led by 

celebrated architect Sir Norman Foster has been responsible for some of the world’s most complex and remarkable structures, including the tallest 

bridge, the cloud‐lined Millau viaduct in France; and the steel‐and‐glass domed Reichstag, in Berlin which was renovated and converted to house the 

German Parliament. 

Scheduled for completion  in 2010, The Troika has attracted buyers from around the world, putting Malaysia firmly on the global  luxury residences 

map. The Troika is located in the Golden Triangle and the site has easy access to many main roads and highways and has abundant amenities  in  its 

surrounding areas. 

It also enjoys the presence of many  landmarks  in  its vicinity,  including the  iconic Petronas Twin Towers.  In fact, the units  in the project have been 

individually aligned to make the most of its surrounding views.

All units are individually designed to offer as panoramic a view as possible, taking in the landmark Petronas Twin Towers, the luxurious spread of the 

KLCC Park and the Kuala Lumpur city skyline.

The residential units are distributed in three towers of different heights – the highest being 50 storeys, the medium at 44 storeys and the lowest 

tower at 38 storeys. Each tower will have two or three units per floor that are exclusively served by four passenger lifts and one service lift.

There is luxury in every touch, with timber doors standing on quality imported marble and teakwood floors. Each bathroom is generously spaced and 

decorated with sweeping windows to capture every nuance of the ever‐changing city skyline.

The Troika comprises eight penthouses, 164 apartments and 57 SOHO (Small Office Home Office) units.

The  residence  facilities  comprise a  swimming pool, wading pool,  sun deck, games  room,  children’s playground/ outdoor  recreational area and a 

barbecue area. Other facilities include a sauna, gymnasium, laundry room and a function hall. 

The  residential  scheme will  also  see  offices,  retail  outlets  and restaurants  being  combined with  the  apartments,  all within  a  single  complex, 

promoting a new sustainable concept for urban living and further contributing to the convenience and comfort of the residents. The three towers of 

The Troika will be  linked by a double volume glass sky  lobby at Level 24, which will offer extensive views of the Petronas Twin Towers and the city 

skyline.

At ground level, the four‐storey perimeter building called the Necklace, frames a tranquil, landscaped courtyard at the heart of the development. The 

Necklace will house retail outlets, offices as well as other services to meet the needs of residents as well as visitors.

The vast courtyard will have water features, trees and granite‐surfaced terraces to create a very calm ambience that will soothe residents coming 

home  from  the hustle and bustle of Kuala Lumpur. The shear walls coming down  to meet  the courtyard  floor enhance  the dramatic effect of  the 

building’s architecture.
