Preconditions for using m-Banking application

By analysing our clients’ needs and wishes, and in line with the newest electronic and mobile banking trends, Vojvođanska banka has developed a new m-Banking application (Android and iOS) mobile application which, beside the already existing ones contains the new, improved functionalities.

All you need to do is, depending on the mobile phone you are using, go to one of the available markets: Android - Google Play Store or iOS-App Store and download m-Banking application.

To download the application, you have to own a mobile phone with the following characteristics: • in case of Android mobile phones – Androdi OS: Api lvl 15= Android 4.0.3 – Ice Cream Sandwich MR1 or a newer model; • in case of iPhone mobile phones - iOS OS 6+ or a newer model; • Internet access (online or Wi-Fi); • 50Mb of available space on your mobile phone; • mobile phone that is not rooted.

Without registration of the service that is executed in Vojvođanska banka braches/sub-branches,, you will be able to use certain functionalities described in this Manual as the functionalities available before logging on, and for the use of all other functionalities from m-Banking service, registration at any branch/sub-branch of Vojvođanska banka is needed.

Note: as the functionalities from-Banking application at Android and iOS mobile phones ae identical, the pictures that will be presented by the end of the User Manual are the pictures for Android version of m-Banking application! iOS version of m-Banking application differs only in certain visual details which are resulting from the adjustment of the application design to iOS platform.

How to activate m-Banking application?

In order to fully use all functionalities of m-Banking application, you must activate by the activation code, which is made of user ID and the initial password. You will get activation code made of number from Vojvođanska banka on the documents under the same title when you decide to use the service and after you go to any branch/sub-branch f Vojvođanska banka and in the admission documents.

The activation code contains 16 numbers, and you will have to insert the first 8. The remaining 8 numbers will open the following screen through which the users define their user name and PIN (picture 2).

On that same place, if you so wish, you may insert a picture by clicking on the button at the end of the field User name (picture 2). After you have inserted your user name and PIN (and possibly a picture), your activation would be successfully performed and you will automatically return back to the homepage.

3.1 What is available to me before signing in to the application?

Certain functionalities of m-Banking application, tutorial/demo versions as well as the change and summary of gen-eral setups are available to everyone, regardless of whether you are the user of m-Banking application or not.In the menu “Demo” which is marked with? on the screen 3, there is a demo-version of m-Banking application, through which you may get to know all available functionalities that you may use before you become a client of Vojvođanska banka, the appearance of the application and the very simple way of signing in to the m-Banking application.

3.2 How can I inspect today’s exchange rate list?

Apart from the information about today’s exchange rates, the “Exchange rates list” provides an informative currency convertor in which you may easily perform informative conversion of currencies in the middle rate.In the first field you see on the screen you should input the amount you would like to convert, and then select the currency from which and the currency into which you would like to convert your money (picture 4).

3.3 Where is the nearest branch/sub-branch or ATM?

“Branch/sub-branch locator” (picture 5) enables you to inspect on the Map (picture 6) or in the list (picture 7) where around you are the nearest branches/sub-branches of Vojvođanska banka or the ATMs.The map displays different icons of branches/sub-branches or ATMs, as well as the places on which they are locat-ed. When you elect an icon on the map, you get additional information about the address, working hours, telephone number and the instructions.

When you chose an ATM or a sub-branch, you get the same information about the ATM or sub-branch you have chosen from the list. Basic data are displayed when you click on the ATM or a sub-branch.

To access your accounts you have opened with Vojvođanska banka by m-Banking mobile application, in order to launch it, you need to sign in with your PIN. By clicking on the Insert your PIN (picture 9) a numerical keyboard appears on which you insert your predefined PIN (picture 9.) By inputting your PIN and clicking on the Confirm (picture 10) you will successfully log onto m-Banking application.

4.1 Where are my accounts displayed – Dashboard?

After you have inserted your PIN and logged on successfully (pictures 9 ad 10), the mask Moji račun (Dashboard)opens, through which you may in the fastest way possible (by scrolling down) examine your accounts, payment cards, loans and deposits you are using in Vojvođanska banka. On this mask you will be offered keys by which you may re-view your account details and effect payment or some other transaction in the fastest way possible (picture 11).

By sliding the screen to the right “Main menu” will be displayed in which you may select the desired option.The options with “>” have sub-options (picture 12).

4.2 How can I review my accounts?

“Meni Računi (“Menu Accounts”) (picture 12) enables you to inspect the statement and turnover on all your accounts you have opened with Vojvođanska banka or with which you are authorised to transact. In the menu “Accounts” you ca find information about:

• RSD current accounts,• RSD saving accounts,• Foreign currency accounts• Loan accounts

After you have selected one of the four types of accounts for each individual account from the list of all your ac-counts, the following options are available:

• Review (option is available for all fur account types)• Payment (available for current accounts only) • Transactions between own accounts (between current and savings accounts in RSD as well as between foreign currency accouts)• Conversion (between foreign currency and RD accounts)

By selecting the option Review general information about the selected account are displayed, graphic representa-tion of general information, as well as the information about the transactions carried out through this particular account. For the selected account, in the period selected within display Filter, the list of the transactions will be displayed, and the detailed examination of each transaction is available by clicking on the concerned transaction (pictures 13,14,15,16).

By choosing the sub-option Review and then Details (picture 16) the following is displayed: information about the statement, available balance, amount of authorised overdraft and validity date, obligations that are not yet due, non-realised cheques, latest performed payment to or withdrawal from account. By selecting the option Payment you will see a new account for payment in which you need to insert data required for execution of the payment order (this functionality is described in detail in the menu “Pay”).

By selecting the option Transfer in the review of account the mask opens for transfer of funds from the selected account to some of your other accounts, or to the account you are authorised to transact.The option Conversion is an exchange office in which you may easily buy or sell foreign currency. (this functionality is described in detail under “Exchange office”).

4.4 How can I inspect all my templates?

By selecting a sub-menu from From the template, you will get a list of user templates (if there is at least one saved template), which can be applied (picture 20). When you select a desired template, you will get a screen filled with information: which account is charged, to which the payment is made, the name of the recipient and the address. By clicking the key “Nastavi” (“Continue”) you will also get the following information: code of payment, amount, purpose of payment, model, reference number, date of payment. The user may change all the information if necessary (the process of saving the templates is explained in later on in the text in the section “Payment order”. Further steps are actually a procedure Payment order which has been described in the text down below.

4.3 How can I create a new Payment account?

Menu “Pay” offers you to pay through the mask for filling in orders for payment, as well as through the already saved templates.

Menu “Pay” has the following sub-menus:

• Transactions between own accounts, • From the template,• Payment orders and• Exchange office

Transactions between own accounts enables you transfers from one to the other of your accounts or to the account you are authorised to transact (pictures 17,18,19). After the tranfer has been carried out you may repeat the transfer or to go back to “My accounts” page.

Picture 20 –Template

By selecting Payment order a screen is displayed on which you have to select the account from which you make the payment (picture 21), write in the account of the recipient, the recipient’s name and address. On the screen that fol-lows you need to write in the amount of payment, code of payment, purpose, model, reference number (if it has been defined), and the date will always be set up automatically on the date of the order input (picture 22). After that you need to confirm your payment on the Pay (picture 23).

After pressing the key Pay (from picture 23), the application will request you to insert your PIN code. In this way (by authorising the transaction by inserting your PIN) the security Is increased and the misuse is prevented.

After the transaction has been successfully executed a new key will appear and the new functionality – Save the tem-plate (picture 24). If you want to make a template out of this transaction, a screen will open which represents a filled in payment order. All you need to do is fill in the name of the template and press the key Save the template and your template will be save and at your disposal for later use (picture 25).

By selecting the sub-menu Exchange office a template for buying and selling foreign currency will be displayed (pic-ture 26). To buy or sell foreign currency, beside an RSD current account you also need to have a foreign currency account in the currency you wish to buy or sell. Select if you are selling or buying foreign currency (Buy or Sell) in the upper part of the screen from picture 26. After that input the amount and the currency and select the account from which you will take the money for the conversion and the account to which the converted sum is paid. On the next screen, where you may inspect the details about the transaction (the currency rate at which you are buying/selling foreign currency), you need to confirm the transaction on Confirm (picture 27), after which you get the confirmation about the outcome of your exchange operation (picture 28).

4.5 How to review the transactions history?

“Menu History” of the transactions displays the history of the transactions on the selected account. In the upper part of the screen is the account for which the history of transactions is being displayed (picture 31). By pressing the key Current account a drop down menu opens and there you may select other account whose transaction history you wish to see (picture 32). In the List of the transactions the amount of the transaction as well as the date and the description are displayed. When you select the desired transaction additional information about it are displayed, such as:

• Amount,• Date of sending ,• Date of realisation,• Number of order• Status (picture 33)

Beside having the choice to select the account whose transaction history you want, you may also select the filter (picture 30) with various data filtering criteria (date from/to, minimal amount, name or surname, and the like) in a very simple way by selecting this option.

4.6 How can I review my cards?

When “Cards” are selected from the Main menu, a sub-menu Review opens. The sub-menu Review displays all your cards with card numbers and the funds available on them (picture 34)and if you want to examine a certain card in more detail, you select it from the drop down menu, by which detailed information about the selected card become available to you: the approved limit, due liabilities, the obligations not yet due, the date of the latest change and the like (picture 35).

4.7 What is informative calculator?

The option “Informative calculator” offers you in the sub-menu the options Loan calculator and Savings calculator. Both calculators are intended to provide information and can be used solely for that purpose. By selecting the option Loan calculator the screen (picture 36) opens, on which you may insert the loan amount, time period and interest, on the basis of which the calculator calculates monthly instalment and gives you the option to request the offer from Vojvođanska banka. If you chose to ask for the offer fromVojvođanska banka,select the field Request the offer (pic-ture 37), after which a screen opens on which you need to insert your name, surname and telephone number. After having inserted the above data confirm sending of your request on the key Confirm, after which you will get notifica-tion that the request has been forwarded to Vojvođanska banka, and that you will soon be contacted by an employee from Vojvođanska banka.

Pictures 36,37, 38 - Informative calculator

Savings calculator provides the information about the amount of the matured deposit after you have inserted the amount and the interest (picture 38). After the above data have been inserted you may request the offer from Vojvođanska banka. The procedure for filing of the request is the same as in case of the loan calculator.

4.8 How can you get in contact with Vojvođanska banka?

This functionality has been described in the section about the functionalities available before logging to m-Banking application.

4.9 How can I read the messages?

The option “Messages” is the screen on which there is a list which displays the messages Vojvođanska banka sent to the user of the application. Unread messages are marked with grey background and, after having been opened once they stay white.

In the above right corner (if you have at least one message from Vojvođanska banka), you may select the key Setup, where you may select the messages you wish to delete or mark as unread once again. When you open the message, a new screen opens on which you see that message (picture 39). You may delete it and go from one message to the other by scrolling left-right.

4.10 Where is the help menu?

When you select from the Main menu help? You get pictorial pictures (Demo version) about the functionalities available in the application. The user is moving through Help by moving the screen from right to left, after which the user may see the pictures with short description about the way in which to use a certain functionality.

The functionalities displayed in this way are:

• Access to functions,• Main menu,• Current accounts• RSD current accounts• Pay• Payment order• Exchange office• Cards• Display of card• Branch /sub-branch and ATM locator,• Forgotten/locked PIN code• Application turn off• Setup

4.11 Setup option

The option “Setup” which is placed in the upper right corner of the Main menu in the application is accessible from the Main menu (picture 40). The setup available in the application are: location (change of language), security (change of PIN), user setup and the application information.If you want to change the language in the application the languages available are Serbian and English (picture 41).

If you wat to change your PIN, select the option Select PIN from picture 42 and after that a new screen will appear in which you should insert your PIN, that is, the one you have been using so far, and twice your new PIN. By inserting the above data and by confirming on the key Done your PIN will be changed.

In the user setup you may change the name of the profile, the profile picture, and you may remove/change the pic-ture (picture 43).

4.12 How do I log off?

In the upper right corner of the Main menu of the application is a key for signing in/out from the application (picture 44). When you have selected it, you need to confirm the sign-off, after which the application turns off. Re-start of the application requires you to insert your PIN code again.In the upper right corner of the Main menu of the application is a log off key (picture 44). a. Change my phone? m-Bankng application Is linked to the mobile phone onwhich it has been installed and activated. In case you change the mobile phone you are using, and in order to continue with uninterrupted use of mobile banking on your new de-vice, you need to notify the nearest branch/sub-branch of Vojvođanska banka, so that Vojvođanska banka personnel enable you to continue using the m-mail baking service on your new mobile phone. Vojvođanska banka personnel will provide you with the activation data (new activation code) and you should download the application and re-acti-vate it. The activation process has been described in detail in the User Manual.

b. Change the operator or my mobile phone number?

Change of mobile telephony operator or your mobile phone number does not impact the use of this service, that is if you change your mobile phone number, you will be able to continue with uninterrupted use of the m-Banking service. m-Banking is a mobile application that functions on the basis of the Internet, not on the basis of telephone network communication of the mobile phone operators.

c. Block the account (incorrect PIN)?

After three incorrect PIN insertion in a row (done for the security reasons and for the protection of user against unauthorised use by a third party), m-Banking application will automatically lock, which disables its further usage. In case of PIN blockade you need to go to the nearest branch/sub-branch of Vojvođanska banka and request de-block-ing of the service.

Note: before installing a new application, the application that is already installed on the mobile should be deleted, and downloaded once again from the available application market (Google Play).

d. Lose my phone and want to block the service?

In case of mobile phone loss, the user must immediately get in contact with Vojvođanska banka and request the service blockade. The service blockade automatically disables the use of m-Banking application on the lost/stolen mobile phone, without deactivating the service.
