Instructionsfor Team Managers:

1. A meeting of the Managers and Coaches of the teams will be held on 02.10.2016

at 6:00pmat theA N J A C o l l e g e Auditorium, Sivakasi.T h e Managers

should hand over four copies of the duly certified eligibility performa along with the

player’s indenty card to the Organizing Secretary in the meeting.

2. The tournaments will be played as per the latest BAI rules and AIU modified

rules.Teamsarerequestedtoreportatthematchvenue30minutesbeforethestartofthematc

hinpropersportkit.

3. Officiating Charges @ 1,000/- per match will be charged as per AIUrules.

4. For the matches we are using LINING champ shuttle on payment of RS.1000/--

per box. Teams should use the Shuttle which the organizer are providing.

5. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to change the venue, date , time and

orderof matches to be played. The decision of the Organizing Committee shall

befinal.

6. All the teams should participate in the Inaugural ceremonies with their

University flags on 3rd October at 9.30 a.m.at the ANJA College, Sivakasi.

Teamsarerequestedtobringwiththemtheirown lock and

keytoensuresafetyoftheirbelongingsandarerequiredtodeposit 1000/-

assecuritymoneywhichshallberefundedatthetime of departure from the office In-

chargefor accommodation.

7. Official balls for the tournament will be “Head Championship” cost has to be

borne bytheparticipating teams. All teams have to purchase the balls and balls

brought by them willnotbe allowed foruse.

8. Team Managers/Coaches will be responsible for their team’s discipline. Any

damages if foundwill be recovered from the respective team Manager.

9. The teams shall be provided unfurnished free accommodation in the hostels 24

hours prior to the commencement of the matches and teams have to vacate the

accommodation soon after their last match.

10 . The Team should make their own arrangement for boarding (Number of food courts

are available inside the campus both Veg/Non-Veg food).

11 . All the teams are requested to register their entry in the College website

www.anjaconline.orgso as to enable the host institution to make arrangements for

the comfortable stay.

12 . Any enquiries are most welcome regarding accommodation, transport and in case of

any additional information / problem etc., please contact at the phone

which we continued to enjoy till 2014. In 2014, the UGC has elevated our college

*C. Thirugnanadurai Alumni of ANJA College has represented India in

the Sydney Olympics - 2000 in the event of 4×100 Mts. Relay Men team.

About Sivakasi :

Sivakasi is located in Virudhunagar district of the South Indian state, Tamil

Nadu, at a distance of 74 km from Madurai. The town is known for its fire cracker,

match box and printing industries. The Podhigai Express connects Sivakasi to

Sengottai and Chennai Egmore in either direction. There are also passenger trains

connecting Sivakasi either side from Madurai to Sengottai. All other express trains

ply from Virudunagar station (VNR). Sivakasi is located at a distance of 25 km

from Virudhunagar.
