management system.
Planning for systematic waste
management is in process and partly
practiced. There is provision of separate
dust bin for wet and dry wastes in the
campus.
Provision of vending machine in students
wash rooms for proper disposal of
sanitary waste.
Proper provision for disposal of waste in
campus Hostels.
Reinforcement of regular feedback system
from all the stakeholders.
Feed back from students, parents and
alumni is invited and accordingly

Renovation and up-gradation of sick room. Sick room has been renovated and

adopted in examination/ evaluation reforms.

iv. Re-evaluation and rechecking process is followed to give justice to students.
v. At the institution level we adopted exactly the same evaluation pattern for all
internal examinations as followed in the university examination. This trains students to improve
their performance in the university examinations.

Fifth hostel “VAIDEHI” of the college was built and well furnished.
Yearly repairing and renovation of girls toilet was completed with basic amenities of
installation of vending machines for disposal of sanitary waste in the college and hostel.
Renovation of seminar hall and staff room was done with inclusion of modern furniture.
Laboratory of botany and zoology were renovated and a Nano technology lab was
developed with all the basic requirements.
For the safety of hostel as well as day scholars CCTC were installed.
For better learning environment for students, campus was made Wifi and a smart class
was established.
Under CPE scheme, students (UG and PG) from faculties of humanities, science and
social sciences prepared research projects presented through powerpoints, wrote articles
and finally published in house journal.
For strengthening student‟s grievance redressalcell and making anti ragging campus,

Proposal for five B.Voc. courses sent to the UGC office for DeenDayalUpadhaya
KAUSHAL SCHEME for increasing vocational opportunity for the students.
For faculty development refresher courses in IT and e learning, summer school and
winter school were organized on current themes.
Career Counselling Cell (CCC) functioning for the last few years
Remedial Coaching Classes (RCC) at Undergraduate Level
Coaching Scheme for Entry into Services (CES) for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled
Tribes, OBC, minority communities and poor students.
Counselling Centre has been set up to help students resolve various problems
pertaining to academics, emotional relationships and health issues
The college library is well equipped with modern technological facilities e.g.
Computers, Internet and INFLIBNET, reprographic units and network printers,

For inculcating a systematic waste management habit, as a first step separate dustbins for
dry and wet waste were placed.
Sick room was added with the facility of emergency drugs.
Students of botany department and members of Green Earth Brigade developed a nursery
for keeping the environment green and pollution free.
Feedback from stake holders (students, parents, alumni) was placed in general body
meeting and few suggestions were selected for implementation.
Admission process was made semi-automatic.
Coordinators of various vocational courses contacted various industries for summer
training, workshop, on job training and placement.
For strengthening e-resources in the library, e-journals, CDs and videos were added and
INFLIBNET.

Department of BCA practiced” Each one Teach One” where students of BCA
IIIrd year where helping the students of Ist and IInd Year in practical Lab
sessions.
Teachers of Each Departments were given orientation session about
Language Lab for helping all the students in each department to get a better
aquaintence and importance of Language Lab.
We are looking forward to build an Examination Hall wherein at least two hundred students
can be accommodated at a time.
We are also planning to build an indoor stadium.
More class rooms to be renovated and converted into smart class rooms.

Ms Nidhi Rani of Part II and Group, participated in the Sawan
Mahotsava on August 09th 2014, They got Second Prize in the College.
Students of the department participated in Poster Making Competition Occasion of
Sawan Mahotsava on August 09th 2014, Ms Swarnima Sneh got a First Prize and
Ms Pooja Kumari got a First Prize Mehandi Competition.
Students arranged Fresher‟s Day function for the B.A./B.Sc.(C.A.) and PGDCA students on 08-
08-2014 . All the students of the department took part in the function in which Ms Kajal Verma
was Ms fresher , she also won Miss fresher of Magadh Mahila College.
Department of Computer Applications conducted the Induction Meet for B. A. / B.Sc. in
Computer Applications Part-I and PGDCA students on July, 09th‟2014.
Ms Varsha Singh (BCA-III) has participated in the throw ball event of Sports day-2014 of
Magadh Mahila College, She got a IInd
Prizerespectively.
Received Gold Medal by Rimjhim for highest marks in B.A. Political Science (Hons) at
University level for the year 2013 on 01.10.2014.
