Betting at the ToteBetting facilities are available at the Totewhich is open from 1.15 pm until 6.45pm.

The payout is based on final calculated odds, not intermittent odds announced or posted prior to the running of the race.

Payout odds include the price of your initial bet. Only the holders of winning ticktes and 2nd and 3rd place are paid out.

Payment is in cash after the race finishes. There can be no pay outs after 7.00pm!

All those attending the Royal Ascot Goat Races are requested to keep an eye on their belongings. Do not leave mobile phones, wallets, cameras, etc. on tables, or items of clothing on backs of chairs. Should you have a problem please contact one of the security personnel.

Every precaution has been taken by the race committee to ensure a safe and pleasant day in a secure atmosphere, but the assistance of all is needed to ensure the day is successful.

With the exception of ladies handbags please do not bring bags or boxes onto the site.

Though all packages coming on to the grounds will be inspected, please be aware of any suspicious packages left unattended and report them to security personnel.

Munyonyo cannot be held responsible for personal injuries, death or any item which is LOST, STOLEN or DAMAGED.

Site Rules & AdviceAll those attending the races must display a coded wristband, stamp, or official ID lanyard. If found by security personnel without any of the above, you will be required to return to the ticketing station to purchase a replacement. No one may wear another person’s wristbands.

The hospitality tents are accessed by invited guests only. Guests are identified by specific coded wristbands. Please assist gate attendants at each enclosure by displaying the appropriate wristband for entry to that tent, on your wrist.

Children under the age of eight must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.

A fully staffed first aid tent and ambulance with medical facilities will be available throughout the day.

Security staff are moving around the site.

1. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by The Event and its affiliates and representatives. You release The Event, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

2. All persons below the age of 18 years at the event will be considered minors and will be expected to comply with these terms and conditions

3. No minor will be allowed to take alcohol while at the event. Any minors found to be consuming alcohol will be immediately ejected from the event

4. No minor shall be allowed to carry alcoholic drinks into the event

Race RulesAny inquiries or objections must be lodged with stewards whose judgement and decisions shall be final. Appeals and objections, which may only be made by goat owners, must be lodged either during the running of the race, or immediately after the race is run.

There will be herd boys assigned to the goats in each race, who will have no connections to the owners, partners or goats.

Their instructions are to keep all the goats moving and not to impair the movement of the goats, or move the rolling barrier past the hind feet of the last goat.

Please note that one furlong is equivalent to one circuit of the track. Betting facilities are available at the Tote.

Please be aware that payout is based on final calculated odds, not intermittent odds announced or posted prior to the running of the race.

Payout odds include the price of your initial bet. On betting matters, final decisions shall be made by the tote co-coordinators.
