As a woman I have come to the realization of the importance of playing my role within the society, in the world and as a believer in creating a comfort zone for every woman in life and in our spiritual journey with our Creator.

Int roductory BackgroundThe Africa History Month Ireland is kicking off with a great event this year 2015 and we want everyone to support us in celebrating Africans Presence here in Ireland. The Recognition of the Role of Africans in Ireland to celebrate "Africa History Month" Init iated here in Ireland since 2010 by Susuana O.M Olatunji-Komolafe in recognition of the contribution of all African that has lived or stil l l iving in the Republic of Ireland, which have played a positive role and make an impact in the society. As Africans we share history with Africans Americans, African Brit ish living here and back home as they also celebrate. To allow youth, children and young generation understand the beauty of their roots and staying strong in addressing the opportunities and challenges of being a minority in Ireland.

On the 19th of July 2015 I Susuana.O.M have the privilege and honor to

moderated and the presenter of the Iconic Outstanding Award on behalf of Ijesa Women

Foundation on the presentation of award to

Most Senior Apostle Moses Adejumo Olaiya, a.k.a Baba Sala. Thanks to the support of Crown Ventures, all the

committee members myself , Bukola Balogun and the sponsor, Busuyi Ultimate AGEGE BREAD?, Arowolo Heritage

Hot Bread and African Dish? and Iya Alamala and so many more that

where part of the history making here in Ireland.

played a greater social part of his l ife by entertain the people of Ijesaland and is local base home in Ibadan

with high-life melody known as tutelage group

which King Sunny Ade was a founding members of

that group and he want on to become the King of

Juju.

ForumThe Adcenter Cavan Parent & Toddler Forum meets up every second week of the month, we meet 2nd Monday of the

month f rom 10am - 12noon at the Bridge Street Center moderated by

Susuana with the support of the Local Af rican Caribbean communit ies l iving in

the town.

The forum provide a plat form to support the ethnic minority of Af rican Caribbean

communit ies in parent ing with much respect and regards for our own cul tural

bel ieve. This the very f irst of is kind here in Ireland init iated by Susuana that focus on the Af rican Caribbean cul tural

background of parent ing and support for her community. It create a plat form where we can be our-sel f , share our

bel ieve, be cul tural ly parent ing without any form of prejudice, cutout any form of weakness, give room for father's to be part of the forum and a space for

mother's to be mother's.

Question: "What does it mean to grieve / quench the Holy Spirit?" Answer: When the word ?quench? is used in Scripture, it is speaking of suppressing f ire.

When believers put on the shield of faith, as part of their armour of God (Ephesians 6:16), they are extinguishing the power of the f iery darts from Satan. Christ described hell as a place where the f ire would not be ?quenched? (Mark

9:44, 46, 48). Likewise, the Holy Spirit is a f ire dwelling in each believer. He wants to express Himself in our actions and attitudes. When believers do not allow the Spirit to be seen in our actions, when we do what we know is wrong, we suppress or quench the Spirit (1 Thessalonians 5:19). We do not allow the

Spirit to reveal Himself the way that He wants to.

Wow! What a l i fe we l ive, people, fashion, death and what we do. I love l i fe yet I keep f inding mysel f curious about why? When things happen, l ike Lost is unexplained able; the real ity of death can?t be chal lenge and I ask mysel f how

do you grieve? It became so real to me Death!

My lost bring me to the quest ion Life? My concerns about l i fe come f rom a place of hurt ing and pain, confusion or despair. So I needed to establ ish some clarity over the value of l i fe. If not , I/we may be curious about where we come f rom, or what the nature of l i fe is, the lost of my father and the relat ionship which I was in became quest ionable. Am so in love that I cant let go even when am not total ly sure also ?My Father? I don?t know what I should do right by him, am not perfect so was he but I know he did love me and I love him too. The pain of lost comes in dif ferent way and its base on your l i fe experience. I say again death! Is real , hearing of his death a day to my big show create some strength to make him proud, for hours I couldn?t stop crying, screaming and real izing that I lost a man in my l i fe which I bel ieve

loves me more. If you were to ask me/ anyone and give us a choice between l iving in their present circumstances or not l iving at al l , the bulk of us would opt to cont inue l iving, I real ize at that moment how much I want to l ive for my children, I held my kids close and made them real ize my fear death, tel l ing them that am going to die also because

then it became so real , l i fe and death. l know that one day we shal l die, general ly we are so reluctant to think of our death that this knowledge does not touch our hearts, and we l ive our l i fe as if we were going to be in this world forever. You only faced the real ity of death only when a very close love one do actual ly die, l ike Dad, Mother, Children or a lover, husband or This says

everything. Life is inherent ly valuable and dear to us, regardless of the circumstances but the quest ion now is how do I grieve? Death is the cessat ion that connects between our mind and our body. Most people bel ieve that death takes place when the heart stops beat ing; which is physical but this does not mean that the person has died, because his

subt le mind may st i l l remain in his body. Death occurs when the subt le consciousness f inal ly leaves the body to go to the next l i fe. Our body is l ike a guesthouse and our mind l ike the guest ; when we die our mind has to leave this body

and enter the body of our next rebirth, l ike a guest leaving one guesthouse and t ravel l ing to another. We also someone close that you see and relate with on a daily bases. Death to me now became so real and it scares me and I

real ize I have to make some changes, say something?s before it?s late and do things when I can. I love you daddy!!!!......

4:30 tel ls us that we should not grieve the Spirit .
