Sir, Please find below the status report /update on the pipeline manifold As-built Documentation. 1. ORIGINAL WORK SCOPE The original plan for this project covers the upgrade of 33 land and 17 swamp SPDC East pipeline manifold to capture modifications to existing facilities and produce As-built drawings-PFS, PEFS, ISO, PLOT PLAN, PGA, HAC, STRUCTURAL AND DIGITAL PICTURES. See list of the manifolds in the attached spreadsheet. 2. PRESENT STATUS The work done to date is as in the attached spreadsheet. The overall work scope has been reviewed to 50% of the original scope. Hence the outstanding manifolds have been reduced to 16 manifolds as per attached 3. FORCASTED PROGRESS The weekly project progress report is as per attached. Contractor has paid for FTO for 10 manifolds but needs to make additional payments. Field visit is tied to availability of FTO. Field visit to about 4 manifolds per week is intended to have all field work completed by February, and then drawing reviews and approval and final documentation and close out completed by March. A revised work schedule will be concluded after a meeting with contactor on Friday.
