Case 1
• A 15 year old schoolgirl from beizaNo underlying diseaseNo childhood diseasesNo peri-natal complications
Presented with abnormal back shape since 2 years ago that progressed during this time
interval
• The patient underwent spinal deformity reduction surgery.
• Post-op: No neurological deficit
MP: ALL 5/5Sensory and saddle: Intact
DTR: ALL 2/2Hemodynamic status : Stable

Case 2
• A 27 year old young lady (housewife ) from laar without any underlying disease who developed back pain about 6 years prior to admission
Mild and tolerable at first Gradual exacerbation of pain
Slowly progressive back shape deformity
• The patient was referred to this center due to intolerable non responsive to analgesics back pain and severe kyphotic spinal deformity

• The patient underwent kyphotic deformity reduction
POST OP:
• Stable hemodynamic status
• The patient developed left lower extremity weakness that recovered in almost three days

• A 33 year old lady ,chemical engineer from sarvestan who developed low back pain about a year ago
• The patient referred to this center due to exacerbation of pain and also radicular left lower extremity pain
• Pre-op:Exam: Intact
Sacral CT
• The patient underwent sacral tumor resection surgery.
• Post-op:Mild saddle hypoesthesia
Urinary and fecal incontinency in spite of positive filling sensation
• Pathology report:Giant cell tumor + secondary aneurysmal bone

• A 23 year old young lady operation room assistant without any underlying disease
• Progressive back shape deformity since the age of 14 without response to rigid brace therapy ( thoracolumbar scoliosis )
• Mild back pain especially at the right shoulder territory
