1. Make disciples everywhere! By this me, I am sure you have come across this state- ment somewhere or heard it preached about from the pulpit. The mission of the New Testament church has been given to us by Jesus. The mission defines for us what we are supposed to be doing as a body of be- lievers, making disciples. But what is a disciple? Aſter research on this topic, I have discovered that there are four realies present in a person’s life which de- fine a disciple of Jesus. In efforts to explain it, I want you to think about your heart for a moment. You heart has four major cham- bers. Your heart is healthy so long as the four chambers are open and funconing properly. Well, there are four chambers in the spiritually healthy heart: worship, reach, grow, and serve. A disciple is one whose lifestyle is connual- ly worshipping Christ, reaching out with the Gospel Christ, growing in Christ, and serving others. The real goal then is to make sure as disciples that we are F.I.T. Yes, I have brought the FIT challenge back up again. I want to encourage you to connue working out spir- itually so that your heart, the heart of a dis- ciple, is seen by the Father as healthy and strong. Be blessed as we run this race to- gether! Our Wednesday Night discipleship classes give you an opportunity to really grow in your relaonship with Christ. Make disciples everywhere! By this time, I am sure you have come across this state-ment somewhere or heard it preached about from the pulpit. The mission of the New Testament church has been given to us by Jesus. The mission defines for us what we are supposed to be doing as a body of be-lievers, making disciples. But what is a disciple? After research on this topic, I have discovered that there are four realities present in a person’s life which de-fine a disciple of Jesus. In efforts to explain it, I want you to think about your heart for a moment. You heart has four major cham-bers. Your heart is healthy so long as the four chambers are open and functioning properly. Well, there are four chambers in the spiritually healthy heart: worship, reach, grow, and serve. A disciple is one whose lifestyle is continual-ly worshipping Christ, reaching out with the Gospel Christ, growing in Christ, and serving others. The real goal then is to make sure as disciples that we are F.I.T. Yes, I have brought the FIT challenge back up again. I want to encourage you to continue working out spir-itually so that your heart, the heart of a dis-ciple, is seen by the Father as healthy and strong. Be blessed as we run this race to-gether! Our Wednesday Night discipleship classes give you an opportunity to really grow in your relationship with Christ. Made to Crave Made to Crave isn't a how-to book or a diet plan. The truth is, it's much more than that. It's the missing link between a woman's desire to be healthy and the spiritual empower-ment needed to make it happen. Lysa Terkeurst taps into the desires God gave us to consume food without letting it consume us. She reminds readers that craving isn't a bad thing, but we must remember that God wants us to crave more of Him, not food. Led by: Nicole Burkett Location: W111
