Leadership and Executive Coach, Author, Poet and Transformation

Practitioner. Lynn possesses 28 years of Industry experience across

multiple sectors at all levels, and holds post-graduate qualifications in

both Education and Clinical Psychology as well as two international

accreditations in assessment and behavioural profiling.

It is however her profound personal journey which authenticates and

distinguishes her talks. This includes two rapes, a teenage pregnancy,

a divorce, single parenthood and a more than unfair business world.

Another remarkable distinction is Lynn’s ability to cause an instant,

internal shifting which she will challenge you to sustain. She is able to

powerfully and practically illustrate the power of female resilience, choice

and the power of mental paradigms. This Inspirational Powerhouse is

Nicole is a former Elite/Springbok Athlete, an Athletic Coach, a Breast

Cancer Advocate and a Survivor. She shares her story, ‘Indescribable

Fear to Remarkable Recovery’. Nicole reminds us that cancer does not

discriminate, that life can change in a heartbeat and that the fear and

the shock of hearing you have cancer is indescribable and very often

overwhelming.

Through the power of positivity, and her own remarkable recovery,

Nicole never let cancer define her. She shares what her own running

taught her - discipline, commitment, perseverance and endurance, and to

push through the pain.

With her own knowledge in Athletics and Coaching and her own breast

cancer journey, Nicole educates, inspires and motives, specialising in

Survivorship and the Benefits of Exercise.

Itumeleng Sekhu

Author, Entrepreneur, Media Personality and International

Professional Speaker

Itumeleng is the founder of the Itumeleng Sekhu Foundation which

partners with corporations and media outlets to bring light, hope,

healing and a passion into members of society, human-to-human.

After spending nearly a decade working as a content producer and

researcher on television shows on the SABC channel and 1G channel on

DSTV 331; 2 radio shows on Metro FM as well as other professions

which she's held whilst in the media space, Itumeleng knows what truly

drives conversations, passion, tenacity, hope and healing especially as a

burnt survivor herself.
