(Manufacturer of Plastic Food Service Products) Chattanooga, TN. Tooling and Manager (2004 to 2008) My responsibilities include Tooling maintenance / purchase. New product development for the thermoforming and print departments. Set up and machine shop departments report to me as well. Equipment respondsibillies include four Brown 42P roll feed thermoformers, two OMV inline thermoformers, five iLLig 75K inline thermoformers, five 58/3 iLLig roll feed thermoformers and over 85 tool sets. I have developed a work order / job track system for the tooling and machine shop that is both PMC / Excel based. I have a total of twelve hourly employees and one Salary employee reporting to me directly. With two hundred and five employees both full and part time.
