Successfully completed USCG approved courses for Tankerman/PIC and company’s competency evaluations for loading and discharging tank barges, including split loads. Worked as second tankerman on pushed clean oil & black oil barges, ranging from 32K to 60K Bbl. Most loads involved two or more classes of petroleum products requiring careful segregation during loading and discharging.
